Mercury Square Neptune: June 2, 2011 – Virgo and Gemini Depleted

I had a great day and then the tide went out on me. It’s been a long time since I felt so depleted and eventually I realized I was feeling disillusioned as well. It’s a sick feeling when all the air goes out of tires and I was pretty shocked at how severe this was for me because like I said, I’ve not had these feelings for a long time and I mean years.
It’s hard to pull the veil up once it drops so I lie there in this… despair, marveling at how powerful Neptune energy is.
I’m old enough and experienced enough to know the tide will return but jeez, it got my attention if only to wonder how I’ve avoided experiences like this for so long. I have Venus square Neptune in my chart and my husband is real so I guess that helps but in whatever case, I finally decided I’d better get up and look at the sky.
I saw Mercury square Neptune and it explained a lot. I realize the forecast for tomorrow mentions this aspect but I wrote that forecast 3 weeks ago because I was going on vacation. In whatever case, if Mercury is strong in your chart (Virgos and Geminis), I bet you were also hit hard today and the eclipse in Gemini exacerbated the effects, I’m sure.
Tomorrow the planets will hit the exact aspect, with Mercury in it’s home sign, Gemini (it’s currently in Taurus) and Neptune in it’s home sign, Pisces. Hopefully this will allow me to get my veil back in place…hopefully.
I have heard some really weird stuff lately but the worst of it was in regards to my daughter whose birthday is this week. I see now that I will never be able to speak about this or have anyone understand. Matter of fact, the more I say, the worst it is so pretending (Neptune) there are no thoughts (Mercury) seems intelligent.
I have argued in defense of denial before and I’m doing it again, I suppose.

I’m just feeling emotional. Calm, but emotional. Need to excercise, and get out of the house.

What’s on my mind, is “oh my gad, Mercury is square Neptune?” That’s how bad it is! LOL!
After 2 long years of unemployment, I got myself trained in computers. A friend offered me part time work in his accounting office–I had done some work for him at tax time–and I was thrilled. Then he asked how this would affect our “relationship”. Without missing a beat, I told him that he had a whole lot of red flags around him, and explained when he asked what that meant. He still talked about me working for him after we discussed the red flags, and I was really really proud of myself for holding my ground with him.
Well, I started today, there have been a few weeks in between, and a couple of instances where I was wondering why he was acting more like I said I was interested in him than my saying that I really wasn’t. The semi flirtatious behavior is continuing, and I am sitting here, feeling very deflated, knowing that I am going to have to have another talk with him where I tell him that there is no chance at all, and I’m figuring that this will be it for the job opportunity.
Mercury in Virgo, the only thing in Gemini is south node.

What’s on my mind? I was on the platform waiting for my train, reading your Neptune square Mercury post and writing down some notes about this astrological phenomenon in my iphone….. when I was blind sided by a kindred soul from a parallel universe. Talk about wrinkly time- this girl and I connect only at the most opportune times. The pressure was on all day today, and I was feeling the heat (and loving it)… and then she shows up. wasted drunk. repeating “i am so fucking hot” all the way home. and well, it just doesn’t need to be explained right now, but it obviously needed to be experienced.
Today was extremely weird for me. I was all over the map emotionally. I made two really large decisions though so I am processing them. I’m definitely Team Denial.

I can barely lift my arms to type, I’ve spent the entire day barely able to move and feeling like I had been drugged. This weekend I practiced raucous denial, this lethargy is the downside of those shenanigans. Gemini Mars 6th house.
Does natal Neptune play in this if there aren’t active transits? I’ll have Sun opposite ASC/Neptune here soon. Add this to the fun I’m having with double Saturn/Sun squares, and I think I’m just going to crawl under a rock and sleep until August.

Sorry Elsa….sorry Jilly. Today started alot better than yesterday…….but has ended in alot of anxiety. I finally got some sleep, but now anxiety seems to be an overriding factor.

My cousin with cancer, had a long-distance consultation with a naturopath. At first, he thought she was too far gone, but her cancer is apparently one of the easier ones to treat. i hope that he’s right.

I saw Virgo and Gemini both deflate yesterday. There was also quite a bit of frustration going on with both of them. Gosh and wiped out. The Gemini was dragging..big time. I hope they both feel better today and YOU TOO!

Oooh, thanks Tam for mentioning that. Just looked, my biorhythm chart shows body energy at the lowest point. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so physically immobilized in my life.
6/1/11 was a high tide, high blood pressure day. Scared of the flood with Gemini, I was overwhelmed. Denial wasn’t working with all that water flooding me. Better today, but it seems the energy is collective. Geez.

Probably won’t be posting again, because who really cares, but here goes. Mercury square Neptune, and spare me the mythology crap, is a prime significator of the need to create an illusion regarding communication and sensory impressions. Examples: Bob Dylan. David Bowie. A whole slew of prominent spies I could name. A major “financier” who was, for a brief period, nationally notorious as one who ripped off a huge number of investors, who essentially ended my father’s shaky financial life.
Oh, I forgot: If you buy The Manchurian Kenyan’s story, Mr. Obama has Sun/Mercury square Neptune. Can’t have it both ways, folks. This is a Grade One Astrological signature of someone whose entire life is an illusion. Comments encouraged and don’t forget: much better to deal with REAL stuff than all that rectification, progression stuff. Just take what it is, if it isn’t making sense, then stop having any interest or devoting your time to Astrology. Thank you.

Mercury will be in my 7th house and Neptune in my 4th. Will I be deluded or see the grand potential regarding taking the next big step with my man? How should I know really. I have Neptune conjunct Venus natally so I think I am naturally deluded but my rose colored glasses won’t allow me to see the delusion. I’m exhausted already!
