With Saturn in Libra, I’ve been working with a number of clients who are trying to resolve various impediments to partnering. One gal in particular has encouraged me to write about communicating with men which is something she’s mastering at the moment.  It’s pretty hard to connect with someone when you can’t talk to them for whatever reason so this has opened a lot of doors for her.

With Saturn, progress is typically slow but steady provided a person keeps trying. This gal has and the results have been amazing to watch and I thought I’d share the latest revelation because it’s just so… magic, even though it’s also crushing in a humbling way (Saturn).

We’re in a period of taking stock of our lives as Saturn prepares to turn direct on June 12th.  People are consolidating their losses, counting their gains, recommitting to some relationships while they opt out of others. Basically, people are deciding who they are going to stick with and who they’re going to separate from.

Provided you’ve been fair with others, most feel that whatever is happening is for the best.  If you’ve not been fair with others, you are probably in the process of learning a hard lesson.

The Moon leaves Taurus for Gemini today, ahead of tomorrow’s solar eclipse.  It’s the calm before the show rather than the storm so no particular worries, just more good eating to be done.

I guess we do have general worries because the cardinal t-square is still in force but people are shored up at the moment and provided you’re not trying to steal someone’s stash, this looks like another good day.

The Denver Post reports that the divorce rate in Colorado has dropped dramatically since 2009.  Prior to the recession home values were soaring here like everywhere else. This allowed a couple to sell their home and use the profit to start their new independent lives.  Home values have dropped roughly 30% since. Many people have little or no equity in their homes so couples are choosing (or being forced) to stay together for financial reasons.

Astrologers would point to Saturn (limits) in Libra (money) to explain this.  People who are partnered enjoy more stability and financial safety and this raises an interesting debate.
