Libra:
Lady Libra type dressers don’t like to let anyone see them sweat in the summer season! Always put together well they look fresh and “just so” in the summer as they do in any season. Libra types look lovely in summer skirts and blouses and dresses that don’t show too much skin, are of prints that have smaller flowers and colors that don’t hurt one’s eyes. I always admire the way a Libra dresser puts themself together because they think about prints and solids and always appear to have put some thought into what they are wearing. I

f you dress for Libra you love to match prints with solids in a way that has been done through the ages and that shows good taste. A Libra is not a stranger to a blouse and does not prefer T. shirts like other signs. Libra wears cap sleeves or short sleeves and often does not like to go sleeveless in the summer because most people don’t have upper arms to envy!

Colorful blouses and printed skirts look great on you, Libra and pencil skirts are your domain as well. A colorful pencil skirt with a blouse looks very “Libra” and is a fresh way to dress. Pencil skirts can be worn by women of every size if the skirt fits. A pencil skirt is slimming and always looks more pulled together than an A-line skirt. If you are shopping for a pencil skirt the most important thing is that it fits and does not pull at the thighs. You can belt the skirt at the waist and tuck in your blouse or leave the blouse out to stay cool and belt over your blouse. A Libra can wear pastels like no sign and they often do. After the colors of Easter come out a Libra is in their element with mixing and matching clothing! If you decide to wear an A-line skirt remember to have your top less full and more fitting to the body to create a look that flatters the body. The idea is to wear a fitted shirt or blouse with a fuller skirt to show your body off and avoid looking like a puff ball!

If Libra types wear a printed blouse or top they often look best in a solid skirt or bottom and wearing jeans that have flair or boot cut legs are their style. A Libra wears jeans in a pulled together way with nice blouses or tops that have flair and often are ruffled or wear scarves at their necks. A Libra type looks great in a summer scarf tied at the neck in the Audrey Hepburn style and can pull off the little scarves that one thinks about when thinking of French dressing. If you are dressing for your Libra try buying small scarves and tying them at the neck to get an international flair going for your look.

Summer dresses with necklines that don’t dip too low are very Libra-like and look smashing. Think of “sweet heart” necklines and 50′s style dresses with full skirts and belted waists for a change for summer. You look fresh in a dress that is made for summer so play up your ability to look ladylike and buy a couple summer dresses that are printed with flowers and that have a slim belt at the waist. Although there are wide belts everywhere the slim belt is also in style and Libra can wear a slim belt like no other sign! I love the Libra type in pencil skirts or A-line skirts with slim belts at the waist!

Don’t worry about what others are wearing and indulge your love of style by wearing these dresses and skirts in the summer and you will be admired by all! If you are wearing jeans this summer try the high waist wide-legged jeans that look smashing with a striped top. You can also pair a wide-legged jean with any blouse and look pulled together and very ladylike. Libra should collect blouses to wear with solid bottoms and pants for the summer while thinking about cap sleeves or even puffed sleeves which they can wear almost all their lives. Collecting 50′s style clothing is also a great investment for Libra because the style never goes out and the clothing is very spot on for Libra-type dressers.

Try finishing your outfits with kitten-heeled sandals or pumps and bare legs that have moisture and that are taken care of. You can wear light tights in some climates but the bare leg is finally accepted in most circles except for a few where hose is still expected. A kitten heel looks smashing on Libra types and you can find some summer pumps with cut outs that show off the foot and flatter the leg. My favorite pump for summer is low heeled and has a cut out on the side of the shoe that faces inward because it shows the leg off in the very best way. I also like Libra in sandals that are embellished in the smallest way with a jewel here or there while avoiding toe loops which can look too strong for the lady like Libra. Collect pointed toe pumps and look at vintage shoes for ideas for summer. The idea for Libra is to dress up the foot to help your outfit look even more polished. If you’ve not tried a kitten heel now is the time to try it and see how nice it makes your skirts and dresses look! Avoid shoes for summer that are too sporty because it goes against the grain with regard to your summer look. Ballet flats are great on Libra-type dressers as well and are available in every color. Try carrying a pair of ballet flats in your purse as they pack well and when your feet get tired of a heel you can slip on your ballet flats and still look lovely! A ballet flat for Libra types should have a rounded toe instead of a flat toe because the classic looks best on Libra!

The Libra face is pretty and well made up with colors that flatter and don’t wear the person, the new watercolor makeup is the best for Libra types who wear makeup and all Libra types wear makeup! Set your face up for the summer with a light foundation that covers but lets your skin shine through a bit which looks best in the summer sun. With the sun out you want to have you skin be the star and not your foundation so lighten up by mixing your favorite foundation with moisturizer or using a lighter foundation in the summer as a base for your makeup. Try dusting a bit of bronzer on your cheeks to celebrate summer or use a brown/pink blush to bring some color to your face. It’s best to dust the blush or bronzer on the apples of the cheeks, blend into the hairline very lightly, brush some bronzer or blush in a “3″ pattern on the face and finish with light makeup on the rest of your face. Lighten up on mascara by wearing only one coat and try a primer with your mascara to make your lashes just a hint thicker.

You certainly want your lips to have some color that pops this summer since it is so “hot” right now but you don’t want your lipstick to wear you and Libra types never over do anything! Try the new water color lipsticks that are hot right now because they add pigment but go on softly and allow your lips to show through. Pinks and oranges are fine for you but don’t go heavy with your lipstick while making sure there is color there on your lips. A lip line is great for a Libra type because it looks so pulled together and try using a lip brush to finish your lipstick because it lasts longer and looks more pulled together.

A Libra usually has makeup tools and knows to take care of them but if you have been lazy about your brushes now is the time to clean them. Buy a brush cleaner and remember to buy a spray cleaner as well for in between cleanings when you don’t have time to wash your brushes. Summer is a great time to wash your brushes because we tend to sweat in the summer and that can dirty your brushes and cause problems with your skin! Use a good brush cleaner and remember to lay them out how they should look to dry. Leaving them on a paper towel is best and letting them completely dry before standing them up is wise.

A Libra-type dresser should have a makeup table or somewhere to apply their makeup that is well lit and open so treat yourself to a makeup table by using a desk or a table that is reserved just for you to makeup and dress for the day or night. Nothing is more charming than a makeup table and Libra-type dressers are the perfect type to have one! Make sure the table gets plenty of sun and has light in the form of a makeup mirror. Always remember to wash off your makeup in the summer because it’s hot and again your face will thank you for it! I love Libra types in a bob length hair cut because hair cut about to the chin or a bit longer is the most flattering hair cut on most women. A Libra does not mind doing their hair often and they look polished for it! If your hair is long or very short you might try a length that is chin to shoulder length to get the best look for your face and to frame your features. There are numerous ways to cut the hair to that length so you can express yourself easily with this length. You can curl your hair and have it cut to curl or wear it straight and in graduated layers. Scorpio
Scorpio-type dressers can sport the black clothes they love as easy in the summer as they do in the winter! A Scorpio loves black clothing and red is a close second and those colors look great with a tan and can look smashing without a tan as well! You have the intensity to wear black in the summer and you can find some great clothes that are black in the summer as well. Try to stay in cotton clothing that is black in the summer and throw in some ringers like black eyelet cloth or black mesh fabric that is made for summer wear.

A Scorpio type likes to let their sexuality show a bit and they often do so by wearing skirts shorter than some of the other signs and wearing a bit of cleavage showing with their tops. Try something new and try ruffled black blouses that can be buttoned up or down depending on your mood with your denim pants. A Scorpio loves their jeans and wearing jeans is fine in the summer but trying a denim skirt is a great idea too! A dark denim pencil skirt is very sexy and looks great at any time. You can pair your pencil skirt with any top you choose and even throw over your lightweight black leather jacket as a coverup in most climates! Don’t forget the leather in the summer because there are many pieces made of leather that are lightweight and cut to show some skin that will interest you!

Wide open collars are sexy in the summer and show skin. You can wear the tan Scorpios love to sport with a wide open collar on a blouse or shirt and look smashing. Try an open denim shirt that is left open a bit over your jeans or even denim shorts if your body will carry them off! The new denim shorts come in looks that are as classic as cuffed bottoms and are cut longer in some cases so you can dress them up and still be edgy by wearing denim shorts.

Most Scorpios have a great deal of love for their skinny jeans and these days skinny jeans are used as leggings more than pants. Pair your skinny jeans with tunics and make sure the tunic is open in the front for a great summer look. Go ahead and wear your leather belts belted over your clothing and leave your tops out. You want to avoid the old look of skinny jeans with tight T.’s by choosing blouses or tunics instead of your T. shirt. If you buy some flairs that are large-bottomed you can balance the look out with a black blouse that is fitted and look great. The 70′s flare jean is very “in” right now because it balances the hips well and shows the figure off in a very nice light. You should try at least one pair of widely flare-legged jeans this season and surprise yourself by how flattering they are!

Old “hippie” tops look great with your denim and are a very hip style for the on-the-edge Scorpio dresser so think about that style when you are shopping. Another great look for a Scorpio dresser is the look of tour T shirts from bands of old! Find some great old tour shirts from your favorite bands at boutiques or thrift shops and pair them with your new flared jeans or denim shorts on non work days!

I always stress the need for Scorpio dressers to own at least one lightweight black leather jacket because they are always hip and can be used even as bathing suit coverups! If you still don’t own a black leather jacket think about buying one that is meant for Spring and Summer and use it for covering up those tops you love that show cleavage and skin. A leather top that is sleeveless is also very Scorpio and many of you own them already! I don’t really think there is a need for a leather halter unless it covers very well because that choice can make you appear “biker” but the biker look appeals to Scorpio greatly so if that is your look go ahead and keep the look going by adding some waist belts to your biker look and stop wearing them on the hip for a few seasons. I love the “biker” look for Scorpio as well as the “Goth” look so if you sport those looks go ahead and do so for the summer as well. The idea to pull of a “Goth” look for the summer is to wear cotton clothing that is lightweight even if it covers your whole body! Stay away from black tights in the summer and cover your legs with long dresses instead!

The new long dresses work very well for Scorpio because many of them are cut halter on top or show a lot of skin on top. There is a certain mystery to the new long look in dresses and skirts and you can find a great long ankle-length black skirt to dress up with one of your 70′s blouses. Go ahead and try the long length in skirts and remember that they are made to be body hugging or not so you can still keep your sexy look when wearing a long skirt. A long skirt of jersey looks very sexy and even shows the shape of the leg so you can wear them instead of shorts and still show your legs. Maxi dresses made of soft jersey also are sexy and allow for you to flatter your figure so it’s wise to try the new length if you’ve not tried it yet! Think about the long skirt as staying with us for seasons to come so it’s not a trendy choice when you are shopping.

Wearing a cropped light weight leather jacket with a long skirt that is black also makes a statement or choose a floral print with small flowers for your long skirt and wear black on top! Black near the face makes the statement of intensity for Scorpio and gives them the edge they love so if you feel you don’t want to wear all black in the summer go ahead and wear floral or ethnic prints on the bottom and wear black blouses and shirts on top. If you have a pair of boots that you just adore remember that taking into consideration the climate you might be able to wear a low boot with denim shorts that are tasteful and make a statement on your casual days or if you have a job that you do at home it’s a way to stay comfy and still keep you look.

Replace any piece I have mentioned with red instead of black and you also have an intense look but one that is going to get you seen and draw some power to you. If you are saving your energy for yourself, and Scorpio dressers need to be aware of energy, you want to wear black near your face but if you want to feel your power on any given day switch your black top to red! Red is everywhere this season so if you’ve been shopping you’ve seen many choices in red so don’t be afraid of wearing red on your power days when you are feeling more open. A Scorpio dresser brings power to others ideally so think about your “audience” when dressing at all times! A Scorpio interacts with others in an intense way so sometimes it’s wise to add a bit of color to you look if you are a hard and true black wearer. Remember that black is a neutral and you can pair any color that is not pastel with it very well!

I love a smoky eye on Scorpio dressers! A bit of a smudge of black or even brown liner looks intense on Scorpio’s very expressive eyes and adds a lot to their look! If you’ve not mastered the smoky eye I suggest you learn to do by asking a counter person to help, looking on YouTube for a tutorial or reading a description of how it’s done! Just a bit of liner smudged on the lash line works great or if you are one of the more intense Scorpio-type dressers you may want to do for a hard line on the lash line and a bit of smoky eye shadow on the lower lid. All of this eye work can be done in browns if that suits you better and also gives you an intense eye! Darkening your eyebrows is very important for your type of look. Using a shade lighter than your eyebrows is the best way to go and using a pencil or powder it is best to use short strokes to imitate the brows. Darkening your whole eye area with everything including mascara makes you stand out and shows the world who you are not to mention looks fantastic with the expressions in your eyes. Focus on the eye in the summer.

Most Scorpio types love a tan of some sort in the summer unless they are into the pale, pale skin look that is popular with those that love “Goth.” Show your skin a bit if it is tanned and add to it with strong eye while skipping the blush to keep more focus on your eyes. You may want a bit of a nude lip for summer and I recommend you find a nude lipstick that you can blot this summer because more color looks best this season. A nude lip with a dark eye is a classic look and one that has the depth that I love for Scorpio! Keeping your foundation light is important for this look on your face because you stand the chance of a “white out” look taking place if you pile on the foundation. Try a strong eye and a nude lip with skin that is tanned or that shows through and I think a big of powder looks great for a finish if you can get away with just powder. You can use a colored powder that matches your skin or if you skin if good you can finish with a clear powder that covers your pores but disappears on your skin. Whatever you do stay away from a too heavy foundation that stops your very interesting skin tone from showing through. Shine does not look good on anyone over the age of 21 so blotting with powder is one way of getting rid of it.

You can also control shine by using a primer that is made to stop shine and “Smashbox” has a good one that also helps acne! If you need more tips on primers go ahead and post! New primers are taking the place of foundation and powder and they also come with a highlighter in them to give you some glow. The idea is to avoid shine at all costs because it makes the face look unfinished and ages skin as well. I often dress for Scorpio and I make sure to use a primer on my skin even if I go to the grocery store! I use a different primer for the summer when it’s hot to keep my face from sweating and a moisturizing one for winter and spring. The right primer can give you a finish that works well with your tan because they do not contain color and so can be used under whatever you wear on your face. The concealer that most signs wear can be skipped if you go the more natural route that happens to work better on Scorpio. A bit of darkness to the eye is fine and can lend itself to your look but if have strong dark circles under your eyes then you should use concealer only on the area that is dark! Again, try to focus attention on the eye because a Scorpio eye is always one of a kind on any Scorpio! The eyes are the windows for Scorp!

Scorpio hair is edgy and does well with spikes or points in the style that make it interesting and a bit wicked. Another way to style hair if you are Scorpio is to tie it all back to show off the face and many Scorpios I know have hairstyles that are off the face completely and that are very short or tied back, combed back or pinned back off the face. To show off the eyes is key for the Scorpio dresser so think about styles that flatter the eyes no matter if you wear a long bang to you eyebrows or have pieces of hair that are short in front and on the sides that frame your eyes. Even if you have long hair I think it’s important to showcase the eyes in some way because the eyes are special on a Scorpio dresser. Some of the new styles have long tops that are styled with product and brought to a point or new bobs have sharp edges that come into points that hang from the face. These new styles that have edges are perfect for a Scorpio type looking for a new haircut. Still there are many Scorpios that prefer a classic haircut that is long and straight because it does not interfere with the eyes either. If you wear your hair long and straight you show off your features the best and your hair will not compete with your eyes. Straight hair requires maintenance so remember to use a deep conditioner at least once a week and a product to coat your hair if you use a straightening iron.

Extensions apply to Scorpio as well because they add drama so if you are an extension type you must take good care of your hair and remember extensions require upkeep so before you make the commitment decide if you have the time and the money to keep them up. Extensions should be quality hair and made from real hair to look their best. Shop around to find the best hair extensions you can afford to get the best result!

Another great style for Scorpio is a haircolor that includes some “off” colors to add edge. Bright reds, greens and blues can look classy if only used in moderation and added in pieces here and there about the hair. Red hair is great on a Scorpio so if you’ve always thought of adding red to your hair go ahead and try it because there is a red for every skin coloring. The best Scorpio hairstyles show the eyes very well and allow for eyebrows to be featured while eyebrows are arched and darkened.

No matter how you wear your hair remember to feature your eyes for the best Scorpio-type look. Pulling all your hair back is a great way to add edge to your look if you smooth the hair on your head and have it somewhat slick looking. A Scorpio looks great with dark skin so think about self tanning in the summer. The important thing is to exfoliate your skin before you tan to avoid having blotches in the color so buy yourself an exfoliating product to use all over your body to prepare it for tanning. You can go to a tanning salon and get a spray on tan or tan yourself with self-tanning product but however you do it think about trying a tan this summer!

Dark eyes look great with dark skin and leave a mystery about a person so having color to your skin is a great way to go. A Scorpio dresser is liable to like their skin either very white or very dark and if you love the look of tanned skin it is easy to get and easy to maintain. I love the tanning products that let you build a tan to the color you prefer because it builds slowly and you can control it. Try tanning your whole body and your legs will look great in the short skirts and short shorts you often love to sport! If you’ve never used a tanning product go ahead and try it this year for a change and see how you look because the process takes so little time and you can apply a tanning product after your shower and get dressed in minutes! Most tanning products don’t transfer to your clothes now and they dry in so short a time that it only adds a small amount of time to your dressing. You can achieve the color of tan you want and then only apply every other day to maintain the color! If you are light skinned and have never tried the stark white look to your skin in the summer go ahead and try that because with dark makeup it can be as intense as a dark tan! Either way you want to go for intensity and show yourself to be who you are while maintaining your mystery by adding the above hairstyles to accent your eyes and the makeup above to play up those eyes as well.

Sagittarius

A Sagittarius-type dresser wants their legs free to travel and needs a look that works most anywhere with just about anyone! Because you like to explore other cultures and are an active person you either love jeans because you can dress them up or dress them down or you love skirts because your legs are free to move about and you don’t feel trapped. If you are wearing a lot of jeans think about trying the new wide flares that are so flattering to any figure and add ethnic prints on top for interest.

No matter what the culture you look great if you choose prints that are from another country and another culture. African, Asian, any culture that is different than you own interests you and is interesting on you! If you’ve never tried a print or cut from another culture now is the time to try it! I use my Sagittarius to pull off scarves from India that my son brings me and you can find any country to adopt or several and add to your wardrobe in minutes!

Sporty looks are fantastic on Sagittarius types so think about wearing your jeans with a horizontal striped top for a boating look or a skirt that is a take on a tennis dress! You can wear yoga coverups for casual days and look great and have easy movement or wear your leggings with sporting tunics made of cotton that are just over the hips. If you are dressing for work you Sagittarius types love anything that makes you look international so think about classic looks from any culture and mix and match them for effect. I love to see a Sagittarius in a polo dress, for example, and you can find them in any color from many companies.

Try all colors for interest because you are not one to dislike color but avoid too many pastels because they are likely to bore you! White looks great on most Sagittarius types and if you can’t wear white try off-white or beige to be lit up in the sun. Sag loves outdoors so their jean wardrobe should be full. Pick up flared jeans and wide-legged jeans to mix you look up and be the quick change artist you love to be. A Sagittarius type bores easily and often changes up their look by the day so they can come up with some great mixes with separates which is why collecting classic clothing from many cultures is a great idea.

A Chinese classic cut top looks great against tanned skin for the summer and has the interest the Sagittarius loves. African prints on top or animal prints also look smashing but avoid zebra because I just can’t find a zebra top that looks classy and I have tried! The idea is to mix it up so you can change your costume often and keep interested in your wardrobe even if your wardrobe only makes sense to you! A Sag-type dresser needs some coverups in the summer so think about finding some great cardigans or jackets that are woven loosely or lightweight to wear over your summer tops and dresses because they add something to your wardrobe that is international and very classy. You can try an open-weave cardigan that is open in front and does not close or find one that buttons so long as the weave is light. A light weightjacket or two will serve you well so you can dress up an outfit when you need to or dress it down by taking your jacket off. A blazer should be in every Sagittarius’ wardrobe and the newest ones have sleeves that appear pushed up to three quarter length size. I recommend you buy a blazer in a classic black or beige and buy it with long sleeves that you can push up yourself so it lasts longer in your wardrobe. Pushing up your sleeves in the summer looks sporty and works for Sagittarius so try pushing up your longer sleeves every time you wear sleeves.

A Sagittarius type covers a lot of ground so sometimes it suits them to have what amounts to two wardrobes! One wardrobe of yoga style clothing or pajama pants and leggings with oversized tops and sporting clothes is great for them to run about when they are not at work. The pajama style dressing or casual sport dressing even if it incudes denim shorts is a great choice for Sagittarius when they are out running about or doing the sporting activities that interest them. A second wardrobe that is for going out and working is good to have that is built of the above mixed styles would be the other thing to build. Budget yourself so that you have enough investment in sporting clothing and dressy clothing so you are ready to go anywhere at any time and with any one! A Sagittarius has to be ready for action at any time and knows so many different people while being interested in so many things that have a couple of types of clothing is a great investment for them. Build your two wardrobes by adding to each when you go shopping and you should be ready for just about anything! Because your interests are so wide you want to be able to dress for any occasion and one way to do that is to mix and match your looks by costume instead of outfit! The most important thing is not to bore yourself with your wardrobe and to have interesting pieces instead of one style that you wear every day!

Sagittarius hair should be free and flowing no matter what the length. A Sagittarius-type dresser is in no mood to primp and poof to much before they leave so having the hair cut or done in a manner that is easy to maintain and style is very important to them and half the battle. If you have shorter hair because you feel it is easier to do you can do the same short application of product and blast it quickly to dry it slightly and then go! Using a product is important because it keeps your hair in place and can allow you to wash it every three days of so by wetting it slightly each day and putting it in place again. You can style your hair one day, apply product and then dampen the hair the following day to reactivate the product so you can arrange your hair again the next day without washing and styling all over again. Shag hair styles of all lengths are hot right now and are perfect for Sagittarius types! You can have a shorter shag or longer shag and have almost no time in styling it while wearing your hair just about any length! If you’ve not tried a shag think about trying one and discuss the length with your hair dresser to find what is best for you. If your hair is straight as a board you might like to cut it to anywhere from the chin to the shoulder to have more body and have layers cut into it for interest. When cut to the chin or the shoulder you have many styles to choose from and you have quick styling time which a Sag type loves! The idea is to have a hair style that you can work with quickly and re-vamp easily so you can stay the “action figure” you are! Lastly, find your product by working with a hair dresser or asking your friends that will hold your hair in style and help it bounce back each day when you don’t have time to wash it! Last remember to do your lips in a stain or lipstick because this season is season of lipstick colors but remember to blot your lipstick after you put it on so it stays better and looks natural. Being on the go it might be a good idea to have a small makeup pouch that you can throw in your bag and go so you can apply your make up anywhere you are! Having a makeup bag in an oversized purse is key for Sagittarius types who are active all the time and don’t always want to take the time to apply make up before they leave the house. If you can swing it you might want to have copies of your make up in your purse and in your house so you can get your face at any time. Often a Sagittarius hits the gym and this is another reason to have make up bags that travel with you in your purse. The idea is to have a spot of makeup on at all times even though you dislike having to do it because everyone looks just that much nicer when they take the time to add color to their features!
