Shrinking Problems – Fast!

March 25th, 2011 @ 1:10 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life

The next two days are jarring and I have seen the results all day. People are quick to anger and attack. My husband said that I bitched today, his boss bitched, the customer bitched and if Dora were alive, he’s sure she’d be bitching too.

On the other hand (says Libra), I worked well with others (and the the clients did the same) which resulted in two effective consultations. This is also Mars in action.

Some people have an easier time operating under stress and pressure. With Jupiter opposing Saturn, your reality in connected to your perspective. I just heard of a man’s son killed in Afghanistan this morning, he was due to return home in a week. Allowing this to enter my realm makes it very clear that I’ve got nothing to complain about. My problems are a joke next to what this man is headed into at this point and that’s Jupiter for you. If you look at the broader picture, the uphill climb you face in your life today is going to be shrunk to manageable (Saturn) to scale (Jupiter).

Gratitude is big too, when it comes to Jupiter. Being grateful not only for what you do have but what you don’t have, like a dead son.

Pluto is involved in this T-square too… obviously.

Is there a problem, you’re grateful you don’t have?

I’m not only grateful I don’t have a dead son, but that my two sons aren’t in Afghanistan. That poor man/family.

Oh, TONS of them – and I’m very grateful for all the wonderful things that I DO have. There are lots of examples around me of huge problems, and I’m so glad they aren’t mine. I’m just really happy with my life.

I am so, so happy at this point, for having such supportive friends and family.

So grateful that I am not in this alone.

I am soooooo Greatful that I get to work for myself and not have to be one of those so called “team players” for another company, who quite frankly never really gave me my kuddos for revamping the line!! I am greatful I can wake up daily and love what I do!

so I am greatful I don’t have a job I hate- its like a daily death!

reminds me of the lyrics, “99 problems, but a (girl) ain’t one”
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwoM5fLITfk

maybe that’s the key – you may have a host of problems, but focus on the problems you DONT have.
:::and give thanks:::

i’m grateful i’m not in that poor man’s shoes – or countless others who are so directly involved in war.

i’m grateful i’m not among the suffering in japan, libya, syria, bahrain, yemen, jordan, or other countries dealing with natural disasters and violent unrest.

i’m grateful to be employed, particularly in a time when our economy is still uncertain.

i’m grateful that i can acknowledge that there are many things to be grateful for.

:) . Great point Elsa!

I’m grateful I am free of a soulsucking relationship. I’m grateful I have enough money at the moment. In the grand scheme of things, no one in my environment is doing too badly. We’re all okay.

I appreciate the energy of a new spring. I appreciate the changes happening here where we are calling ‘home.’ Things change, one year ago we weren’t sure of where we’d call ‘home.’ Basic realities are more real for me today and that is something I can hang my hat on … and I do!

I am working with two lawyers regarding very, very tough matters with both my aging parents. The kind of things that could break families. These legal eagles have both been extraordinarily kind, forthright, and empowering. They’ve fed me their generosity and strength, and it’s allowed me to feed the same to my parents, who NEED me to be strong (though they’d never admit it). I get this kind of gift during a tough astro-climate? How blessed is that? I’m grateful.

I am grateful for so much. first and foremost, I can hear every member of my immediate family breathing deeply in sleep at right this very minute. Peaceful, they are safe.

This story just helped me remember my Saturn Return, which I didn’t know was the lesson of my Saturn return until just now. Thanks.
