Solar Returns And The New Reports

I just had my own solar return (Happy Birthday to me!) and it’s never an easy week for me. In my experience that’s a pretty common thing, a difficult time around one’s birthday. When my birthday is approaching I look at the solar return chart for a heads up on the next year, but I also look over the previous year and the year after. It gives a bit of continuity, if you will, the “flow.” But then I’m a Pisces so I like to see how it all fits together, even if I doesn’t initially seem to. So by the time this birthday rolled around I’d already mined the solar return chart a great deal. Hoo boy, with a stellium in my natal Pisces, “interesting” is the term that springs to mind. What’s that curse again? May you lead an interesting life?

With all that energy in the offing I was interested in a second opinion, so I asked Elsa to send me one of the new solar return reports offered on the site. Wow. Whether you do your own solar return or not, the one we offer here is a good one, perhaps even great. Certainly it’s a computer generated report but clearly whoever did the writing and the programming knew their stuff. It’s complex and incisive. It offered a perspective I hadn’t thought of. I do a good job, but surgery on yourself is not always the best way to go. I was amazed at how well-written and thoughtful the interpretations were.

It’s “canned” of course; there’s no live person pulling the pieces together. But even so that is not apparent, even when presenting energies that might seem to be conflicting. In fact, if it were a live person they might leave out what appear to be elements at odds with each other, but that’s not necessarily what a person needs. Sometimes energies that seem oxymoronic to the astrologer might be entirely understandable to the client.

It told of the energies of the year ahead as well as how they related to the energies in my natal chart. It didn’t pull any punches either, offering a few warnings here and there. In fact, I’m left with the lingering feeling that however badly I might want to travel long distance there would be some strong negatives associated with that. Of course, these days, with the new TSA restrictions, anyone who doesn’t enjoy being groped by strangers might feel a strong negative.

Happy birthday and mine’s NEXT saturday. AND I ordered a solar return chart and am now mulling over it
(hmm asc same & travel is well indicated quite juicy. maybe its time to ask for a consultation to help me make the most of the report?)

I wonder if it’s too early to order mine… My birthday is coming up on the 24th. I just checked my SR chart and I’ve got Jupiter and Uranus conjunct my Sun and would love to read what the report says about that powerful combo, especially since they are all squared by Pluto!

Happy birthday Satori!

Mine was last month and I have a very Piscean influence on my SR chart. I have an Aquarius stellium conjunct my Sun (Mercury, Mars, Neptune and Chiron) in the 12th house and my SR ascendant is Pisces with Jupiter (in Aries) and Uranus (who is still in Pisces) in the 1st house.
I haven’t really been hiding but I feel like I am… I’m currently working on my health and finances and it’ll definitely take a year to reconstruct.
My finances are shit right now! If my dad didn’t support me, I’d definitely be leaving in the streets!! My SR Venus is conjunct Pluto and square SR 8th house Saturn and oppose SR 5th house Moon…
As for my health, well I gained a LOT of weight and by not going out and watching what I eat is very helpful.
I also realized how lucky I am to have such great family and friends around me. I always have a difficult time around my birthday and this year was no exception, however I have good people who truly like me and care me and support me. I try not to complain too much and I work at getting myself out of my hole.
In my natal chart, I have Saturn-Pluto conjunct and all my life I’ve learned to overcome crisis… and weirdly enough, I advance a lot when crisis arises so I’ve learned a long time ago to be thankful.. So 12th house and Piscean energy for me this year!!

My birthday is next week. I have a computer generated SR report showing four planets in the 9th house (sun (Pisces), mercury, jupiter, uranus all Aries)… Does that mean I should keep my bags packed??
