Jupiter Conjunct Uranus: Sudden Improvement – Revolutionize Your Life!

From a consult:

“I think it’s just energy so neutral until directed. I don’t doubt that you have had it directed in a negative way but I do think going over and over that is not your best tack. Clearly when you are doing something wrong, the thing to do is stop and if you are going to stop, you may as well stop now, on a dime. If you manage that, you can see it is more productive to go forward and not do the thing as opposed to going back and back to hash it over and over.”

-snip-

“Saturn does give the gift of the ability to control yourself – you are a principled person so I hope you can see my angle here. It’s like any other behavior. Let’s just say you’re a thief. I have been a thief in my life and then one day I decided I was not going to steal any more and that was that, I never have.”

This woman has the Jupiter Uranus conjunction in aspect to her natal Sun and Saturn.  The transit begs she come up with new, revolutionary rules for her life. This is simple, there is a huge window here.

Who can relate?

If the conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus aspects a planet (in this example, your client’s Sun and Saturn) I can understand where changes can be effective but if the conjunction is unaspected to other planets, does it mean that the energy is not as easily directed…?

Me me me me me! I can completely relate; the way you describe it – “you may as well stop now, on a dime” – sounds more or less like it was transcribed from my inner dialogue about things I just wanted to change, boom, like that. And did. This is so illuminating b/c I always wondered where I got that from; I always assumed it was linked to my Aquarian energy (spontaneous decisions set in concrete, LOL!) But my Jupiter AND Uranus do aspect my Saturn (one square, one opposition) so now I know. Enlightened once again!! :) (Makes me very happy.)

Sweethiez, I wouldn’t say that. Effort trumps aptitude for one thing, plus there are other ways this can be potent. Example, I have the two planets in aspect natally – so that’s another angle or way this is accessible.
