Astrology And Disposition: Are You A Nervous Type?

Some years ago the soldier told me he would never take me on an ambush. Apparently I am fit for many types of missions but an ambush is out.
“You could never do it, P. You have to lie still and not move for hours. For hours upon hours, no talking.”
I got a pain in my head just thinking about it and I didn’t protest because I don’ t mind being fidgety. To hell with it. Someone’s got to bootle, may as well be me.
My nervous disposition and/or inability to sit still is shown by Mars conjunct Mercury in my chart. His ability to discipline himself is shown by his Mars in aspect to Saturn.
Do you have a nervous disposition or not so much. Can you see this in your chart?

Oh so that’s what it is!! lol
I have Mars square Mercury opposite Moon. Lately I found that I can’t sit still and watch a film until the end. I make several pauses to do several things…But if you think I’m aggitated you haven’t met my double-Gemini mother! Gosh!
I’m very sensitive to sounds and smells. I can’t go to sleep if there’s any light in the bedroom. I don’t twitch or move but I do snap at people if they get to me at the wrong moment. I’m getting better I think but it takes effort.

Nope, I can lazy on a couch for hours and not move a muscle. That’s why I looove my alone time 
I think it’s the Leo laziness.
Hahahah!!! I used to joke that I was like the board in ‘Frustration’ I can be good and sit still and be quiet and patient . . until I can’t then, if you aren’t ready to GO! then POP! Over goes the board and pieces go everywhere cause I’m O-U-T
mercury/uranus/saturn t square? i mean what? oh, yeah, nervous….
sometimes, yes. it depends on where i’m at.

Yup. Mercury in Virgo–unaspected, except for a trine to my Capricorn MC.
I’ll never forget the time a guy I was dating told me that “I fidget a lot”. I really do. Even when I’m lying on the bed, on the couch, etc., my mind is going a million miles an hour. 
My poor 8 yo son inherited this from me. Even though he’s a Capricorn, he has Jupiter in Aries square his Sun/Mercury, and Virgo rising. His mind is always on the go.
I have a very restless Mercury in Gemini, tied in with Moon in Aries. I blame my nervous energy on Uranus aspecting both of these planets in my chart. I used to pace a lot. I used to smoke also. Six hours of sleep is a lot for me. In fact, I often wake up in the middle of the night, eat cereal, read for an hour, then go back to bed. My last BF said I was “twitchy”. I think my excess of energy somehow offended him, or made him feel inadequate. I guess I give off a restless vibe.
I have a lot of Saturn squaring, but I’m a fidgeter (Sag moon, Mercury in Aries, Mars in Leo). I am generally quite hyper. No way would I lie still for hours while conscious.
No idea.
I fidget. I catch myself doing it in front of others and then make myself crack my toes to a beat so I don’t look nervous. I don’t know if I succeed. I’ve been known to take calls standing up, and I like to go on walks and talk on my cell at the same time. By the same token, I’m a couch potato and my mind will be going in fifteen random directions but I’m firmly planted in my chair. A time-motion study would bore you.
I blame/credit my moon sign. Mercury makes no major aspects. I’m iffy on the Mars-Saturn square.
Growing up, my sister used to joke she was gonna buy me a tee-shirt that said “don’t bother me I’m having a crisis” . It seems no matter how well my external life is going, my insides are at odds and overwrought. Focusing on external tasks, goals, and *real* trouble provides some equilibrium. Saturn square Mars and oversensitive pisces moon, maybe?
With a grand cross and grand trine in fire, I have learned, through the “life monster” to stay calm in almost any situation. It wasn’t always like that though. I used to be a powerhouse of energy and wacko too!

On the surface I’m twitchy. Bouncy, erratic, demonstrative. First house loaded on the Gemini.
Underneath, though, I’m pretty chill. Not sure how that happened – Merc in Taurus isn’t inclined to bounce around? Maybe so.
Well you’d think that I could with Mars and Sun in my 12th house…but I have Mars sq. Uranus…I do seem to get up and down a lot.
Internally very very nervous. Uranus/midheaven opposed Sun/Mercury, part of T-square with Saturn. Grand Fire Trine.
Externally very calm and solid. Capricorn Moon in 1st trine Taurus Sun.
Like crispito I’m a raging inferno of nerves inside – also Uranus conj MC – but I give off a pretty calm exterior – I can sit or stand in the same spot for hours, or indeed lie down! – Merc inconjunct Moon, Moon in Taurus.
Also Marcury square Neptune – I boil over inside. I have one very obvious thing which manifests my level of hypersensitivity to all; but I don’t fidget much except with my hands – I used to smoke for that reason, now I twiddle my glass, or a tissue, or something in my pocket. At school I was always scribbling patterns and drawing on my textbook covers during lessons. I used to bite my nails badly, now I fiddle with them.
I also grind my teeth… it was so bad during the night when I was first married, it gave me migraines and I had to get a plastic tooth guard!
I can be. Sun conjunct Uranus plus Moon conjunct Mars in Gemini. My saving grace is Venus conjunct Pluto.. in moments of great danger or crisis you can count on me. It is the aftermath when I fall apart.
yeeeesss. mars trine uranus, mercury conjunct jupiter and sun & moon in mutable signs. although the funny thing is my cap ascendant and strong saturn hide it. my husband remarks on how he thought i was so cool, calm, and collected before he actually knew me. underneath, i am the kind of person whose heart starts beating out of their chest when there’s any kind of competition. but i do perform.
I pull my own hair out-strand by strand. It’s called trichotillomania. Eh yeah …I can’t think at all if I don’t fidget or move or do something – I am very good at manual labour:) I have merc in aries trine uranus . Aqua mc conj jupiter(it’s a bit big orb ,but because it’s jupiter;-))and uranus op the asc in gemini….but I really wish I could relax and be all earthy…I recently started knitting ,it helps:) at least my fidgeting get’s me a cute scarf
