Astrology And Fashion: Celebs And Their Style- Tina Fey by Annalisa
Astrology and Style
Taurus Tina Fey is one of our most successful comedians, actresses and writers at this time in America. A Taurus hard-worker with a chart that emphasizes both communication and knowing how to make people happy, she has a sharp wit which she honed with education and hard work to lead her to her position in today’s entertainment community. With Mars and Venus in Gemini, Tina has a quick wit and a need to communicate. She studied drama at the University of Virginia where she received her degree and moved to Chicago to study at the improvisational group “The Second City.” With Moon, Jupiter and Uranus in Libra trine her Mars and Venus in Gemini, Tina has a knack for knowing how to make people happy and how to please which she works hard at while applying her Taurus Sun and Pluto in Virgo.
Liking the quickness of improv as a person with such a chart would, Tina became a featured player for “The Second City,” becoming quite successful there. Tina was promoted the the position of Head Writer for “The Second City” before joining the cast of “Saturday Night Live.” With Sun, Mercury and Saturn in Taurus, Tina is a steady worker with “staying power,” with her Neptune in Scorpio giving her an edge that has to come forward in her work. Tina’s Taurus stellium gave her the ability to perform eight shows a week for two years while she worked for “The Second City” while her Gemini strength would lend itself greatly to the technique of improv at which she excels. Tina has a love of improv that could come from her Gemini Venus/Mars trine Libra stellium which also causes her to enjoy the immediate feedback from a live audience. Both Libra and Gemini are people-loving signs and when they are coupled with some Earth, we have the practicality that one needs to stay current for comedy success with the work ethic needed to work in front of a live audience with no “do-overs!”
After her success with “The Second City,” Tina moved on to SNL where she first held the position of writer. Tina has said she had her eye on the show for some time and it was an ambition of hers. Again we see her Taurus and Virgo willingness to work for what she wanted and her Scorpio Neptune ability to dream. Tina worked as an extra in one of the episodes of SNL and after seeing herself on screen she decided to lose weight. With the strong will of Taurus she lost 30 lbs and said that all became interested in seeing her on camera when she lost the weight. Following her star, Tina honed her skills and created characters for herself that would delight. Tina became the first female head writer for SNL. After starting to preform in sketches, Tina was approached to work in “Snell’s Weekend Update” with Jimmy Fallon.
She became very popular with critics in the “Weekly Update,” and it was said that Tina “delivers such blow darts – poison filled jokes written in long, precisely parsed sentences unprecedented in “Update” history – such bright, sunny countenance makes her all the more devilishly delightful.” The quote tells much about Tina’s chart when knowing her placements and Tina’s “sunny countenance” can be attributed to her Gemini/Libra planets. After her beginning in the sketch, Tina and the writers would win an Emmy. Tina’s other successes were, to name a few, her portrayal of Sarah Palin on SNL during the last election and her television show “30 Rock.” For “30 Rock,” Tina, in 2008, received the “Golden Globe,” “Screen Actor’s Guild,” and “Emmy” Awards. In other work, Tina has done “Sesame Street,” guest judged on “The Iron Chef” and has done commercials for “American Express.” Tina has a chart of a hard-working, people pleasing and gently biting comedian which serves her well in her chosen work. She continues with her success in her television show “30 Rock.”
Tina’s style is one of her creation. She has said that when she first started to make money in New York as a writer she had the money to buy clothes but didn’t have to body to buy them and this says something as to the need for clothes for the average woman in America. Tina developed a style after losing the weight that included the “Tina Fey glasses” she wore at times. Tina is a “real” person in wearing her glasses at times on camera and in photos. It is very Taurus to have your comfort ahead of your fashion sense and in wearing her glasses she is no doubt more comfortable than in contacts.
Tina is a striking-looking woman who is very attractive in her “pixieish” style and often appears in photos in character or showing her personality first and foremost. It is certainly “Tina Style” to show herself and not her clothing first. With such a colorful personality Tina can and does wear many colors and many guises in her appearances and photographs. She has appeared in black gowns and colorful dresses depending on her mood and the event. Tina keeps her hair at the length that is best worn when one may wear their hair in an “updo” or down so she has versatility. When one wears their hair to their shoulders they have the most options as to how it is styled and in playing characters one should have that ability. Her hair is lightened just enough to show off her skin color and features without going overboard which is very earthy as well. Tina has small features so her hair being only the length it is works best for her and she wears her hair up many times.
Tina keeps her makeup natural, again a nod toward her Taurus Sun, and shows her face in its entirety to keep her gestures understood. Tina has the Scorpio Neptune to show herself in sexy photos and appear in sexy clothing and the Earth in her chart to also dress like “every woman” for her work. She comes off as natural as possible when dressing for work and is a changeling in her choices which is common for Gemini in a chart so strongly. Tina shows the good taste in clothing that is expected from her Libra stellium as well as the color palette we can expect from Libra. Being small in stature with regard to her body, Tina smartly wears either strong shoulders or bare tops such as strapless gowns which work for her body type.
With her work ethic and her quick wit that come naturally for her we can expect to see much, much more from Tina Fey. She has guest starred on SNL and we could see her reprise some of her characters in the future. Given her level of creativity we can expect to see other characters emerge from Tina and she has the chart with the skill to write her characters and make them work for her each time!

I know what you mean, Bob, then again, she has a lot of Gemini in her chart and it trines a lot of Libra so there you have her pleasing wit…
Thanks for the commments!
Adore her…love “30 Rock” and loved her on Saturday Night Live.
She’s ok. I don’t really like the “loser” tendency of Liz Lemon’s character. Never found that funny or endearing. I do like the loyalty she shows when she plays up the Philly angle, though. Thanks, Tina!
But I think Alec Baldwin is hilarious and perfect in his role. And I have a soft spot for Tracy Morgan, go figure. Remember when Jack was playing the part of Tracy’s dad for a therapy session? One of the best things ever.
Sorry if that was too threadjacky. Tins IS 30 Rock, hard not to discuss the show!
have only seen the show from my airplane seat a couple times, just looking up, no volume.
and all i keep thinking is:
man, those are a lot of fast cuts.
Hey, Annalisa. I’d like to connect with you for a fashion reading … how do I get in touch with you to discuss process?
Hi Rachael, I tried to reach you once… not sure what happened. Annalisa asked me to find out what you wanted – I’d convey it and see how long she thought it would take her and what she needed, like a pic, I assume.
If you mail me, I will help facilitate this. You’ve asked several times and we don’t mean to be ignoring you.
What year was she born? I’ve got the same Sun Mercury Venus Mars Neptune Uranus and Pluto!!
Oh and I forgot same Saturn as well:)
I watched the film ”Date night”!! She was excellent along with Steve Carell
