Transit Watch: New Moon In Libra – October 7, 2010 – To Death Do Us Part

The new moon in Libra is dramatic and may be considered melodramatic for that matter.
The Sun and Moon are part of stellium that includes Mercury and Saturn. This is akin to a large bet being laid down wherever the new moon falls in your chart (14 Libra).
What makes it super-charged and interesting is ruler of Libra, Venus is in Scorpio conjunct Mars. This puts 5 heavy-hitters in Libra/Scorpio or Venus/Mars-ruled and the emphasis male/female and love/sex is simply astonishing.
The Saturn conjunction gives the new moon substance. Mercury involved bring the mind into it. When you put this all together, you’ve got people thinking seriously about love and relationships.
When I factor the Scorpio in I come up with, “To death do us part”. One thing for sure. Commitments made under this new moon will be very long lasting.
Don’t forget to set your intention prior to the new moon. In my case the Moon fall in my 9th house conjunct Mars. My intention is to publish (9th house), writing (Mercury) of substance (Saturn) for the benefit of myself and others (Libra)

New Moon will be chillin’ in my 6th. It’ll sextile my natal Uranus. I don’t know what I should be intending, however, I know when the new moon rolls around I will be intending to leave the banking industry forever and ever, as I have been. I’m in a job I hate right now, I’ve been intending to leave it. Man…Saturn in the 6th both natally and transiting and the New Moon hanging around it and Uranus tossed in…looks like I will struggle to hang onto that job if I try to keep it for awhile longer.
12th house conjunct my natal pluto….not looking forward to this one. I already feel like I am in prison in my own home.
Oh I think I will go for, Solidify friendships by becoming a more stable communicator.. Err, something like that. I tend to be pretty flaky with the telephone and calling people back lol. So yay, chit chat with friends!
Right on top my 5th house Uranus – exact to the degree.
Time to renew/commit to my creative pursuits – and most of my hobbies benefit those around me, as well. I can’t think of anything better.
Uranus sits in a T square between Mars and Jupiter. If that doesn’t say Go, Baby, Go! I don’t know what does. (Mars aspects Venus, Venus aspects Pluto, and on it goes. More than half my chart is tied up in this somehow.)

Conjunct n. Pluto in my 10th House, opposing my Venus/Mars conjunction in Aries. I’m starting an internship with a gallery and I intend on being AWESOME!
If my research-based calculation of a birth time of around 8.50pm is correct – and I now have a particular reason for thinking that which I’ll share with you in due course – that gives me the current following activity in Libra:
Natal planets in Libra in H2: Jupiter conj Chiron, and Neptune
Progressed planets, also in Libra in H2: Asc closely conj Jupiter, Chiron, and Neptune closely conj Moon
The transiting new moon will be in Gemini conjunct my MC in my 9th house. Time to get my writing career back on track?!

hmm, in the 7th house for me. So … relationships, right? Blimey. We both seem to avoid any sort of ‘commitment’ talk, and I think I would be a bit scared about setting an intention around that. Me: Cap sun, Cancer moon, Pisces rising. Him: Gemini sun, Gemini moon, Leo rising.
Oh, but hey! We are both attending my niece’s wedding on the 9th of October, so that has to be a good sign for her marriage, don’t you think? 
Holy hell, the Libra group in my 2nd house, and the transiting Sun within breathing distance of my natal Pluto.
I’ve been putting *a lot* of positive affirmations towards resources, and trying to respect Saturn going through my 2nd. I guess it’s time to turn it up.
On the 9th, I am in Bozeman tailgating with my my best friend. The new moon is in my 4th house and I want to sell my house. I will put renewed effort into selling my home.
12th conj my natal pluto too….not sure what it means but toomuchpluto has scared the crap out of me, lol.
It will be in my 8th. Right now, I’m feeling so broken, I don’t trust myself to set any intentions because I’ll probably fuck that up, too.

Sorry, Saturn is squaring my 3rd house venus. So everything is really tight around here. been staying home a lot to conserve resources and I do not have a job.

Okay, this moon falls *exactly* on my sun degree. What do I do?
That’s my birthday. New moon falls in my 12th and venus/mars is in my 1st. I’m committing to only partnering with people I’m compatible with who hold similar goals. Ones I can relax with. And setting boundaries with those I don’t relax with so I can get enough downtime.
I’m also going to be visiting the new friend that weekend. I just realized that it’s part of it as well.
First time I’ve ever been conscious of needing a relationship that honours that in the fall I feel like retreating.. not to being manipulated into doing things I don’t like doing.
And this weekend I’m moving into my own apartment and I’m looking forward to some solitude. Good moon in gemini day today made my moon happy.

2nd House, where Mars lives.
First thing that came to mind is the will that Lee had drawn up – you mentioned “til death do us part”.
But looking at it, it’s telling me to shit or get off the pot in terms of a (scary to me) change in the way I support myself financially and spiritually. It goes hand in hand, and like Dixie said in yesterday’s tarot, it’s terrifying.
Interestingly enough, my friend and partner sent me a note just this morning. “So how is the writing going? Hmmmm?”

this new moon falls on my 7th house and the 7th house of my recent ex…eeek… conjunct my saturn and conjunt her venus …what does this have in store for me for the month? hmm ..any ideas?
The new moon is close to my 17 degree Libra Ascendant, and all those planets are in my 1st house and straddling my 4 degree Scorp Pluto.
I am going to make a commitment to improving my relationship with myself!
1st house, sextile Venus and trine Saturn. Interesting.
It falls in my sixth house, but one degree from the 7th house cusp…so, should I consider it mainly 6th or 7th?

Hmm. Falls in my 10th house. No idea what that means… But I am currently waiting to hear back from a job I applied and interviewed (scored high and aced the interview) for a month ago. It’s been such a test of my patience. After that full moon and realizing that it’s time to break out on my own… Family stuff… I really began to become anxious about whether or not I got the job. Hopefully there will be good news. It will open up so many more opportunities for me if I got this job. So I’m quite ready to hear anything. Yes or no. That way if not, I can keep moving. Cause something definitely MUST change. For the positive.

Eh, and half the battle has been not knowing. The quicker I have a more steady income, the quicker I can pay off debts and remove myself from the toxicity in this household. It’s not always bad, but more often than not it wears on me. I’m ready to just be very independent and happy. The thing is, I was told their hiring process and that I scored well (they hire based on scores) and they liked me in the interview. That was 0826. Not a word since. Quite nerve wracking. I’ve changed my availability at my current job in case I was hired for this one so that I would be there for the 8 weeks of mandatory training. Yet, I still want to continue working a few nights/week at my current job. My hands are kinda tied right now and it’s out of my control. With a Venus ruled MC (Libra) and Venus in Cap, 3 1st house planets, AND Saturn directly on my Asc… The not knowing and having no control BOTHERS THE SHIT out of me. Grrr. Haha. However, I do know that if they were not interested I would’ve received a letter after my interview stating so.
No news is good news?!

The whole mess will be running over my north node and Pluto. I wonder how that will go. I’d almost welcome a whammy at this point….

I’m glad to see this new moon is conj so many others natal pluto as my natal pluto and north node are at 15 Libra in the 11th house; Natal Venus graces 29 Libra.
I’ve also got a few things going on in my 12th where my sun sits at 17 Scorpio along with Uranus at 12 and Mercury way down at 29 (the degree of endings I’m told).
Another wierd thing however, is that the Full Moon in Aries on the 22nd will be opposite that Natal Venus at 29 Libra. I’m not sure if I should be excited or scared. I plan on trying to ride out whatever wave comes at me!

what’s my intention? dark dreams/insights/release; i guess 
it’s an upcoming threesome + later some distant meditation: & both is very fine for me. + ok, finally, let’s get that creative expression going again. serious writing (mer/sat) for the benefit of healing libra-issues, hopefully.
