A double Aquarian with a Moon in Cancer conjunct Pluto? Now that must have been interesting growing up… 
My dad is Aquarius also and that’s totally him also!!! but his rising is Virgo and the one word for him would be critical!! My rising is Cancer and my one word would be shell.
Uranus in Cancer. I can” feel frequency” (and vibrations).

Interesting, his Sun is in its detriment and in the 12th house, and the ruler of the 5th is also in the 12th. Is he a private person?
His ruling planet is in its fall and in the 2nd, but it’s also conjuncting Jupiter and Mars. Makes me wonder about his attitude towards resources.
I’d like to see his transits, Solar Return, and progressions.
Aquarians short circuit when asked a direct question. Fonts of useless information that we are we nevetheless fail to perform on demand. Next time, try leading him down the garden path. You get the best information by letting an Aquarian’s brain cells fire spontaneously.
