Transit Watch: Venus Conjunct Mars In Scorpio: Mid Sept – Mid October 2010
My eye on the sky
Working ahead on the transit calendar, I noticed Venus and Mars will be be conjunct in Scorpio for about month between September 16th and October 13th.
It’s probably worth noting the house where the conjunction takes place as this is quite potent.
In my case, it falls conjunct my natal Neptune on the midheaven so you’re bound to see the effect on this blog and my “public image”.

Entirely 8th house, touching my Neptune and trining my Cancer moon. Hope it’s a positive.
They will conjunct my AC and natal Neptune and Moon in the 1st. Got any clues how I should channel this energy wisely??
For me, it’s also going to happen in my 12th house. And around October 5th, they will both be conjuncting my natal Moon (at 16’48” Scorpio). Then Mars will move further over my Ascendant (at 18’06” Scorpio), while Venus will turn retrograde and be left behind.
Sounds like very powerful stuff to me, 12th House and conjuncting my Moon. If anyone has any tips, that would be great 
10th house, touching my pluto and squaring my leo stuff from 7th house and my saturn in aquarius from 1st house. but trining my moon. pheww
7th house. Should be interesting. It’ll be conjunct the DSC first, then go on to square Sun/Mars.
I’ve been having a lot of 7th house issues crop up, because its ruler, Venus, is being hit by Saturn and the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction. I’ve never had such heavy hits to this planet all at once…this conjunction (Venus/Pluto) hasn’t had any major transits in 15 years!
2nd House, trine Midheaven. My September solar return will also have Venus/ Mars conjunct in the 5th House, both conjunct Natal Uranus. Fun times.

10th house, Moon (opp. Sun) Midheaven beginning of October after both conjunct Neptune/Saturn in the 9th beginning of September). Focus, focus, focus. My hunch is I’ll have a lot of focus directed at me and I’ll need to focus all of my attention and energy like a laser beam. My mother turns 91 this August and I feel she (10th house) may be a strong part of this influence.
7th house, sounds good.
8th and 9th houses, conjuncting natal Mars and opposing natal Venus. I can’t imagine how it will manifest and I’m too tired of struggling at this point to care.
11th – scorp merc/neptune.
12th House conjuncting Pluto and squaring Jupiter in 3rd.
hmmmm…
As Pluto is my Asc ruler.
I wonder how it will play out.
Another 12th house. Will conjoin Jupiter, Mars, Mercury & finish by crossing my Scorp ASC. This will be an interesting Fall clearing out old dreams and garbage. :::sigh::::
10th–>11th House–conjunct my Midheaven/Uranus conjunction.
Also opposing my Sun/Merc/Chiron in 5th.
Art, love, people, recognition. That’s what I’m hoping for–we’ll see how it actually plays out. Uranus isn’t exactly keen on doing what I want, ha ha

Oh man. I’ll have my birthday at the beginning of this, and it’s hitting my 3rd house natal Venus, then passing over natal Neptune (opposing Taurus midheaven) and Mars in the 4th. Looking at aspects, it’s gonna light up major parts of my chart.
I suspect my writing will impact public perception of me. Discussing this with my husband earlier today, actually, and he tells me I’m lucky I don’t parse how other people perceive me. He said it would ruin what I do. So I plan to continue in my oblivion, and let what I love and my inner convictions drive my decisions instead.
Will largely be in the 3rd house and will conjunct my Neptune later on in the transit.
Cruising through my 12th house, conjunct Neptune..Dreams should be “interesting”.
Also, hope I can stay grounded and see relationships for what they are – not what I think they should be..

12th house with my Sun, Moon, Merc, Nept and Ascendant, all in Scorpio. Not sure what any of this means……
Not sure how to do this, but Scorpio rules my 8th, so I guess it will be in my 8th house? I have Venus at 4, Sun at 7 and Neptune at 21, so maybe conjunct one or more of them?

Mars will be hitting my 12th big time conj. my Neptune,Mars, Jupiter and both Venus and Mars trining my Pluto. Looks like a ton of shit will be clearing out of past situations and I can use the energy wisely or get caought up in some bad stuff if I don’t watch it – But with both Mars and Pluto there, I hope I have a lot of inner strength to change things for the better. Oh and I will be traveling (and I do have a trip planned already for around that time!).
Same as Carrie – Ascendant, Neptune, and Mooooonnnn…….
This past year has been hell for me, but my next Solar Return chart does not look nearly as scary. Thinking this will be good.
Neptune and Asc. 7&8 Scorp. So starts off in 12th (my moon’s there, too, in Libra) then will end up on my Venus @19. At the end there, the transit will square my Uranus/MC conjunction.

11th conjuct by less than 2 degrees either side of my natal Sun, which is in grand water trine with Jupiter Cancer (7th), Saturn Pisces (3rd). Humanitarian goals
Law of attraction, daisy. Focus on good stuff. (we both didn’t even mention sex…)
10th house, and they’ll inevitably go through my natal Mars and Venus (3° & 13° natal positions, so no real aspect between them naturally). I’m not sure what they’ll manifest, but I can guess I (and others) will be entertained!
Holy crap! This is going to march all over my 10th house stellium that spills into the 11th! I don’t know what aspects transiting planets will make because I haven’t the eye for that yet, but there will be a lot going on. 
Venus and Mars will be exactly conjunct on Oct 3 at 12′ Scorpio, and Oct 5 at 13′ Scorpio.

They’ll cross my IC and into my 4th, conjunct my progressed Venus and then progressed Sun. We’ll see what shakes out there!
At 5 Oct. t. Venus/Mars will exactly (to the degree) conjunct my Scorpio Ascendant. Plus the transiting North Node will also conjunct (to the degree) my natal Capricorn North Node…
Have No idea how this will be played out…

hmm. Oct 1 finds Venus & Mars both conjunct my natal moon/pluto in the 7th house. Opposing taurus asc & quintile sun & midheaven. seems intense.

It will transit my natal mars conjunct MC in libra (9.th house), natal mercury conjunct MC in libra (10.th house), and then land on my Pluto/Sun conjunction in scorpio:) in the 10.th house:)

Pretty new to astrology. Noticed this transit (it being in scorpio does it mean those planets are charged with “transformation/destructive/regenerative energies?) will be conjunt my midheaven (House 10) which is conjunct my natal Uranus…all’s on the job/career front and pretty true too… mid-september is the time our redundancy plan will be announced and I will officially get “fired”. Just hope to get some positive energies out of this change, to move ahead in the direction I have now consciously chosen…

Sweet…they’ll be in my 8th house. When venus goes back to Libra for a bit, it turns direct right on top of my sun (which is in a stellium with saturn/jup/merc/pluto- won’t get all the way back to these though). I am moving in the next month or two, going to do the final move in Nov, I’ll be establishing myself right around then and looking for jobs and such. Good timing, since the same day it turns stationary in Libra, I have my first hit of Saturn return (in 7th), which will be also sextile my natal Venus, at the same time transiting Mars will be right on top of my natal Venus. If this doesn’t get me some action on the romantic front I don’t know what will, ha!
I’ll be interested in hearing what happened, here, after the cosmic dust settles! My mom passed when Pluto put on the brakes and r’d, April 6th, the would’ve been anniversary of my kid’s dad and me (1962) My *important* dates seem to all have some synchronious aspects to them. Mother was a Taurus, married to Scorpio (wid)…he’d always said he’d return for her(!)
So..Scorpio’s my 8th house. He died, midweek, between my b’day and Father’s day, 1985..after calling (estranged) to wish me a Happy B’day. Why am I interested in Astrology (since age 11)?
Now, Pluto takes foot off the break (Caps my 10th natural house). My dtr’s are Virgo and Pisces.
My Piscean is like that guy on Touched by an Angel…always the harbinger of bearing this sort of news. I don’t think I can wait, til all this astrological madness subsides! (This is only a tadbit of it..) And don’t forget about LaNina!

3rd house is communication house….and in my life I don’t have much people to communicate.

If I understand this right, it will be in my 1st house – asendant at 18.4, natal Neptune at 13.09. I don’t know what other factors can influence this, pretty clueless about transits, but the conjunction on May 22nd rocked my marriage and my identity below their foundations, so I expect May 5th to arrive with an increasing bang. I will do my utmost to transform this into a positive. I think I need to keep my head about the ex at this time, too. Good thing I have a counseling appointment on the 5th!
I’m 2 years late…
Doing my sr chart- it hit me- in october 201 venus/mars conjunction in scorpio happened in my 1 house. My moon,uranus and NN are there too. I think I had a 6*conjunction with my moon- it was time of change- found much better job in the first 2 weeks of october(maybe even on the day of the transit itself). Made great first impression with bosses. Fell for someone (NN maybe?)
When you look back at your life then- what do you see. No matter what 2 years had passed…and I’m still head over heels for him and still having that “great new”job…

12th house here. I expect a LOT of junk from the back of my mind to get stirred up and I’ll be preparing for my Saturn return. Since they’re unaspected, I bet this disturbance won’t relate to anything else in my outer life.
For people who have Mars-Venus transiting the 12th but not a lot of planets there natally, there should be a lot of interesting dreams anyway.
