Okay I don’t have quote, but I do have a good friend who is a double Taurus and she hates her Taurus-ness. Is that a Taurus quality usually (I know I’m generalizing..) ?
When i first got into astrology i was dismayed at how taureans were portrayed, indeed all earth signs. Fire signs are seen as exciting, air as the great communicators, water emotional depth but earth are always seen as the workers, the plodders who get things done. Sounded very dull and completely unlike me and for a while i was almost embarrassed to be one. But earth signs to me now are like a warm hug. They seem much more in touch with nature (earth) than the other elements and more aware of how things work. I love being a taurean now. Someone on another forum wrote this to a taurean not fond of their sign and it sums it up..

I always imagine the garden of Eden as the natural hang-out for Taurus: In the daytime calmly doing a bit of gardening, growing the earth, writing lovely poems and songs and music. I love Taurus people. They are like a breath of fresh air. Down to earth, usually very funny and easy to be around. Creative, warm and great cooks usually. Good folk! And they are the ruler of my Seventh house so we get along fabulously!
so far the taurus people ive met in life are either became my enemies or just plain an acquaintance. their practicality is too wordly. their ego are just too high.
“Kids today don’t understand about commitment.” Or so says my thirty-something Taurus husband regarding the recent divorce of a friend. I told him he sounded like an old man. He just said that he understood loyalty and commitment, and if that made him sound old, fine by him.

My Mom, Taurus,yes,I could go on and on re (misguided) loyalty etc.
But she did have a classic bull trait, and that while being mostly calm, handling things well etc etc.
But watch out, when bulls get mad and have reached the end of their rope, (but only on occasion) they really rage, an it can be shocking.
Can this be any Taurus? I just asked my favorite Taurus (sun and rising), if I could quote him on anything, what would he want the world to know?
