Under The Scorpio Moon: A Day In The Life (Pluto Moon Transit – Mine Squared)

Astrology in real life

scorpio boxIt has been wild around here. Virtually everyone in my inner circle has a family member seriously ill, dying, almost dying or dead. I am definitely scaring up some ghosts preparing to paint my daughter’s room, I wouldn’t even know where to start but can tell you there are “signs” everywhere I go.

I am getting calls regarding my daughter but also I was at Home Depot asking for advice on how to best handle problems that exist in the room as far as painting goes and when I explained the situation the man made a remark that stopped me cold. I thanked him for it. It is nice to be seen.

Astrology Today: April 1, 2010 – The Lay Of The Land…

March 31st, 2010 @ 5:00 pm by Elsa

My eye on the sky

scorpioIt’s hodge podge today. Venus leaves Aries for Taurus overnight which should ease things when it comes to relating to others.

The Moon is debilitated in Scorpio but well supported by a tight trine from Jupiter in Pisces, strongly placed in it’s own sign. Translated, feeling deeply is likely to provide benefit even if there is pain involved.

Mars in Leo is hot the way the exalted Sun in Aries likes it. The Sun and Mars are in mutual reception so even better yet.

The Cardinal T-square is still operating but at the moment Pluto is separating while Uranus and Saturn move closer into opposition so the focus is on the polarization.

No doubt you see the result of this as the two camps (that have much in common) square off.

Sagittarius Amanda Seyfried is a refreshing young actress who just starred in “Dear John,” and has three films in production. A regular on the series “Big Love,” Amanda has said she is interested in exploring her film career more and may or may not continue on the series. Amanda has dramatic Leo Moon faring well with Uranus, Sun, Saturn and Mercury in Sagittarius She has her Mars in Libra and her Venus in Scorpio. Amanda is a singer, a former model and an actor and has starred in films such as “Mean Girls,” where she was noticed and “Mamma Mia,” with Meryl Streep. With her other work in films and all the work in production we can see she is well on her way towards a successful film career and perhaps a career in music.

Life As The Zapruder Film

March 30th, 2010 @ 6:29 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life

“It’s like getting on the Titanic,” I told a pal. I think she was taken aback, briefly because I was talking about her life as well as the lives of others around me. “I don’t mean that you are going to sink. I mean it in a sense that you don’t realize when you get on the ship what this is going to turn into. How profound the result will be, you’re sailing to your destiny.”

I’d just outlined my perception of her process. First you call me, you’re with your husband. Flash to the next scene, you’re at your grandmother’s bedside and you know why. Days pass, next scene, you lie in bed with her. Flash to the next scene, she dies. Next scene… see this is my perception, it’s going off like a movie,” I said. “You entered this last week and I don’t know. It’s like a detour, you’re life is now our of your hands. Flash to the next scene people arrive the house. Friends and family. Flash to the next scene…”

March 30th, 2010 @ 5:00 pm by Elsa

My eye on the sky

The debilitated Moon in Scorpio squares Mars, tra la la.

It catches support from Pluto in Capricorn, tra la la.

Not a good day for the lace doily set but their day is coming.

Scorpio Dealing With Scorpio… And Saturn in Virgo

March 30th, 2010 @ 9:22 am by Elsa

Astrology in real life

scorpioI’ve worked intensely with a Scorpio dealing with her relationship with a Scorpio throughout this full moon. The gal has Capricorn so she must mind Saturn which is now on it’s way back into Virgo. I am beginning to look forward to this transit namely because I see evidence all over the place, people could really use some further instruction ’round their communications etc. and I include myself in this group.

There are people who go on and on not realizing people quit listening long ago. This is a trap I fall in all the time and I hate the idea of being ineffective so will embrace this time to brush up and learn to become more concise and sensitive and respectful of another person’s attention span and brain space in general but back on the two Scorps…

celloFrom 2007… Ben he wasn’t done talking…

“And I teach my students this,” he said. “I let it be known. Don’t come to my class copying someone unless you want to be called on it. Because I will call you on it and I don’t care if you’re embarrassed. Elsa, I don’t care. These kids have to learn this or they will never amount to anything.”

“So how do you call them on it?” I asked.

“Oh! Well I just do it straight away. For example… well there is a girl I have in one my classes, she’s interesting.  She’s a unique person and she works hard to develop herself. She’s a good kid and she tries hard all the time. This is middle school I teach, as you know. It’s the hardest age. Its puberty these kids are in. But anyway this girl is interesting and she’s always out in front a little bit and she struggles.”
