Transit Watch: New Moon In Aquarius - Feburary 13, 2010: Ethereal And Detached

The new Moon in Aquarius is at 25 degrees tightly conjunct Chiron and Neptune. This is a copious amount of ethereal, detached energy and the effects should be quite noticeable in the house in your chart where this lands.
The new Moon is said to be the time to set an intention but in this case there are some intentions that are just not going to fit this bill.
For example, the new Moon lands in my 1st house and if my intention is that I be more grounded in my body… well that would just be laughable in these conditions.
You want to tailor your intention to suit the energy. In this case we’re talking about compassion or transcendence (Neptune) around the unhealable wounds (Chiron) of humanity.
To translate that in my case with the new Moon in the 1st (the self and the body), I might opt to not concern myself with the extra pounds on my body or the wrinkles on my face, considering the scope here.

5th House…
The New Moon falls in my 5th house. I certainly have some intentions to make there 
Is it okay to make your intentions in advance of the New Moon, or do you believe that they are more powerful if you do it the day or night before? Because I have mine now

In my 8th. Hrm… Gonna have to think about this one a bit.
detach from … secret enemies? from isolation? should I bust out into song? No planets in Aquarius, but some nifty oppositions in Leo (mercury, pluto). guess I should watch what I say.
In my 7th, oppose my 7th ruler Uranus in the 1st.
Something to do with relationships I suppose. Maybe its about ‘not’ detaching, like I usually do.
in my 10th, this is very interesting considering i definitely need to detach and transcend my current career. the moon/neptune also trines my natal pluto, talk about transformation.
i’ve been thinking of a consult concerning this issue, perhaps this is the perfect time…
It’s smack on my ascendant. Not really sure what to do with that.
The new moon is in my 12th house too and conj. my Chiron in the 3rd. Should I keep my mouth shut? I seem to have a tranitional stellum going on in the third house. Any suggestions?
UH OH it is in my 9th 3 degrees from my MC and 6 degrees away from my Moon that is the top of two yods. Hmmm it may be a wild ride. Maybe I should intend to be more emotionally centered,hahahhahah, now that IS a funny thought.
10th House. I still need to figure out what I want to be when I grow up.
4th house - I have all kinds of stuff going on here.
But having Aquarius rule this house, my home life has never been “boring”, or “normal”. Have to figure out what my intention is.
8th house 8 degree orb conjunct natal saturn (quincux natal Mercury 3rd)
think objectively about the illusion that I need intimacy with another to feel worthy and to heal emotional wounds. This is a tough one for me cause I do believe that intimacy is ALL that matters, and yet, I can never seem to achieve it.

I’m loving the astrological weather right now. Reality, reality, reality. And yet… a big huge bubble of transcendent love spreading all over the place.

I have the new moon in my 7th house.
Yesterday my brother told me that my father and his wife are getting divorced. It feels so strange and I am trying to recall if he ever told me he was getting divorced from my mother. I cannot remember him saying anything. He is almost 80 now. I feel like all the people involved need to sit in a circle with a talking stick (is that it?) and each speak their truth. It is like, an issue never leaves you alone until you sort it. So, compassion and healing this new moon for sure.
in my 2nd house, interesting too b/c I just saw a job post about to working per diem with kids who have behavior problems… even though money is tight I’m more interested in helping kids than getting a check o_O
12th house- conjucnt Chiron, trine moon, mars and neptune, sextile Jupiter in the ninth.
Into the mystic, feel like wandering off on a spiritual journey. Having fun in real life, where fortunately I have strong anchors that keep me from floating off to follow every new dream. Everything is going very well. Have this surreal detachment a lot of the time while simultaneously functioning in the physical realm.
It falls in my 6th house conjunct my sun. I could use some transcendental healing of old wounds. I’m actually hoping this new moon will help kick off some work that needs to be done to relocate for romantic and idealistic reasons. I need to get prepared although I have my doubts about setting any practical goals. I would like to set up a better meditation practice, this new moon would be great for that.

creative thinking has gotta carry me through…with saturn/pluto crush on my angles…venus and pluto transits opposing natal pluto and mars….yes, new moon, please shine down on me
1st house also so I can relate to the few extra pounds but I make facials and work with clays for the bath adn body so I have been spending a lot of time in the tub enjoying myself maybe to much.

It falls in my 4th house and trines my ascendent and uranus and moon. I’m feeling more comfortable with being “homeless” or am better at being comfortable with how i’m detached with where i live. Even while desperately wanting a secure home.. saturn in cancer. But with the planets the way they are i’m more secure with gaining security where i can than trying to stay put all the time. Thankfully this suites my moon etc. I am using the pluto capricorn energy to be a good travelling salesman.. to be able to deliver wherever i land and with whomever i associate with. Pluto in cap being in my 3rd house means having a secure car.
