Yeah, it is cool. I think there is demand for something fast, effective and informal. Some people feel angst waiting for an appt. It becomes a burden so this does away with that.

This worked terrifically this morning – wow! I turned it off to go (not) cut my hair. 
will be back up shortly, there is a learning curve thing here but the Mechanic has already fixed it – Elsa P just has to get up to (tech) speed!
