Well here is a new angle for ya. The Sun, Venus, Mercury, Chiron, Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto will all be in either Capricorn or Aquarius between December 26, 2009 - most of January. This means there will be a lot of focus wherever these planets fall in your chart but there is another factor here.
Capricorn and Aquarius are both Saturn-ruled which means that Saturn in Libra is spectacularly energized in the sign of it’s exaltation. This has pretty much got to be good but people who follow the tenets of Saturn in Libra are definitely going to benefit. The obvious question: what are the tenets of Saturn in Libra?
Reciprocity. Integrity in your interactions. Controlling your projections. Carrying your share of the burden. Acting as an adult in relationships, boundaries, etc.
Basically, Saturn in Libra asks you do the right thing when it comes to others. People who have this down can expect the cards to flow their way big time and this should be very interesting to watch.

Thank the heavens - and thank you for pointing this out! This is actually feeling pretty hopeful for me - we’ll find out if I’ve been doing that “respect people and treat them fairly” bit right. I think I have, though.

I hope bravery comes back into style. I had a very scary thought that I might get married one day in spite of my best intentions. LIke how I linked those two together? Ha ha ha

This would be very nice to see, because for the last several years 75% of my life and career relationships have been about me practicing reciprocity and loyalty, while the other party rips at my flesh like a hyena.
December 30th is my 31st birthday. I share it with Lebron James and Tiger Woods, though it’s been 13 years since I’ve dunked a basketball and 9 years since I’ve bumped uglies with a cocktail waitress.

I think I have integrity. I think I treat others well. But I really don’t know. Since everyone likes to use me as a cosmic dumping ground, maybe I actually deserve it? Who knows… *huff*
What I do know is I hope my actions match my intentions. I know I’ve fucked up in the recent past, there’s some shit there I’m not proud of because I did compromise my integrity. But I’ve atoned for it (or at least I think/hope I have). I guess we’ll see.
me too SaDiablo - have also compromised my integrity - mine though and not anothers - and right now I am feeling very good with the people in my life. The square Saturn Pluto struck ruthlessly and then there was pain on all levels and from all times, but you get strong when these things happen and suddenly now, I am on a good level with the people in my life. I have a Cap sun and an Aquarian angular Mercury. Interestingly, there is an ex-relationship that owes quite a lot of money that has now taken to not greeting me let alone not speaking to me - so look for ward when we can act like adults in relationship.
Pluto is def in the end of my 4th but the others will march into and hang out in my 5th. Hmm. Feels good to me. I’ve got Saturn ruling that house natally and it’s empty natally….. The transiting planets will oppose my Cancer stellium in mid-late degrees. I wonder if i’ll move again. I may… if a certain home owner doesn’t mind cats. That would be interesting….
All in the second and most will be heading towards my natal moon at some point. I have a lot of self worth issues to overcome. The clusterfuck of doom in my 3rd really did a number on my mind. I do believe my brain hasn’t worked for an entire year so I hope this helps to repair some of the damage.
I am pretty sure that I do the right thing regarding other people - I certainly don’t go around looking to cause problems for others. So I hope this means some protection. As far as sharing my portion of any burden, I have yet to find anyone who is helping me with all of my burdens, so again, hope I am safe here. I have reached the point in my life that I just do what has to be done everyday, and wherever the chips fall, well that’s where they will stay.
Networking.
The way I see this, virtually anything you run into or are having to deal with in this time can be addressed via Saturn in Libra. It just all tracks back to the same place like a key that fits in all locks.
Hope it helps me to figure out how to modulate myself, which I am having a hard time figuring out lately & is new for me.
Feeling good already. I get so energised when planets fall in Capricorn, in the best sort of way - happy, and feeling like anything is possible for real. I wonder if it is to do with having my Cap sun right down the bottom of my chart in the 4th house - I need the lift from the transiting planets in there.
I like this! Maybe being kind will count for something for a change instead of being seen as a doormat default.

Elsa, this post excited me to new heights. I’ll have these planets in my 8th-10th houses, with Saturn in the 5th approaching my Sun-Pluto. How you put things here is *dead-on* for me. I’m already super-energized by the 8-10 house action, and all of that is definitely rooted in where Saturn is at the moment.

Elsa, what significance does saturn in libra have for the saturn ruled ( Ie : Cap ascendants ) does it have any specific significance? i’ve been curious.
jo, that is our ruler so inordinately important. Saturn in the sign of it’s exaltation is good for Capricorn period… provided they follow Saturn tenets of course.
