That confirms it. Pancakes with butter and real fruit syrup with sausages on the side. Yumm. Coffee too, with beaucoup de creme. My mind kept saying, “No, No,…too many calories, not good for you”. But with all this watery stuff flowing right in my direction, I’m going to follow my “intuitioin ???!!!) and savour my favourite food, for today, anyway. It’s November 7….it’s my birthday!! Yaaay! Pancakes, here I come. Thanks for giving me permission.
