I was contacted today from someone I met via Xanga in 2002 or so. He is a retired green beret and I always liked him tremendously. I liked him and I trusted him. I just knew I could, intuitively.
He is older than me, smart and keen and kind and we established a relationship back then. A double Scorpio who surfaces every couple years to touch base and check on me and he did that today as the Moon conjuncted Pluto and opposed Venus.
I am always glad when he pops up and today I realized why. It’s because I can speak freely. I can say anything I want, anyway I want and trust him to trust me.
That is, if I write something that seems off to him, I will be given the benefit of the doubt. He will think it through because I proved myself to be of a certain quality years ago.
Based on this, I sat down to write him an email, like sitting down to a feast.

Nice to have a friend like this fellow – one with whom one can truly be themselves! Glad you have that!!

The internet…if you had told me even 4 years ago I’d have friends online I would have thought you were insane. I can’t imagine it being so with anything other than astrology as the common denominator (for me, anyway)
I just wanted to add, this is something I really like about Scorpios. They rarely like you and then decide you’re a piece of shit, 3 weeks or months down the road which is something I suffer all the time.
This is one hell of a good trait and I don’t know that it is ever acknowledged.
Double Scorp here too… like him I’ve had the urge to contact you lately, and like him I learned to respect you years ago and this has never changed.
I have been reading you sincc 2000….I don’t think I have ever not liked you.
