Saturn In Virgo: “It’s never too late to do the right thing.”
Ask the collective
“It’s never too late to do the right thing.”
The soldier said that this morning and I felt it very relieving.
Do you agree?

Agreed.
It’s deeply reassuring.
Yep.
You can always begin again.
Sure. So long as you’re not trying to “do the right thing” for the wrong reasons.
Sometimes it’s better to let sleeping dogs lie.
It’s a lovely sentiment and I think often true. I wouldn’t consider it a univesal truth, though. Not to be a wet blanket or anything, but some thing you can’t go back and do over once damage has been done.
Yep –
Oh thank you SO much for saying this today. I am wrapped in knots as my sweetie is going to call someone out publically on plagarism. I’m nervous as his industry is so small and then there is the legal angle. But he has hard proof and multiple times to show this – but I’m nervous.
Although, on the flip side, I’m horribly attracted to him for his willingness to stand up (see: backbone) and tell the truth.
–takes deep breath—
true. but that doesn’t mean it fixes the problem.
“:true. but that doesn’t mean it fixes the problem.”
Well if it is truly “the right thing” then it’s not going to hurt the problem.
This assumes a person can discern what the right thing is as in calling your happily married ex to “apologize” for being a horrible bitch 12 years prior is not the right thing.
Agreed!! Rightness as a feeling, as a concept, as a karmic response/realignment, has nothing to do with the past or the future. It’s here and now. The trick is figuring out what’s right.
very very good thought!
who knows! i tried to do the right thing today by verbally ending a series of game playing i’ve been engaging in with this libra-scorpio man for 6 years and he acted as if he had no clue what i was talking about. feeling gaslighted, majorly, and now i regret it. maybe the right thing is not the same as the honest thing, i’m not sure.
If the game-playing was draining you and hindering you from fulfilling your soul’s purpose in life, whatever that is, then I think it was the right thing. Of course, I don’t know the situation, but…
Speaking as a Libra-Scorpio man…I don’t know this guy’s chart, but we’re pretty savvy about what’s going on with relationships. If not, or if he couldn’t understand why you wanted to end it, then it was definitely the right thing for you to do. Game-playing is fun and sometimes exciting, but there are more important things than games, and if this libra-scorpio guy doesn’t get that then he’s gonna have to learn someday.
I’m the wet blanket; sometimes it’s much too late to do the right thing, the thing that would have been right if you’d done it first. It’s never too late to apologize, though.
thank you marlon, i feel more assured about my decision now. you’re right. if i don’t enjoy the games, i have no reason to keep it going or apologize for ending it. he knows full well what i was saying but chose not to hear it, but i’ve already begun transforming this energy into positive arenas so it doesn’t hurt as much as i anticipated. i’m north node aquarius in the 8th house/south node aries in the 2nd, i think this was one step towards fulfilling this higher function.
definitely.
