Astrology Today: June 26, 2009 – Pedestrian Earth Signs Got No Reason To Live
My eye on the sky
I know that many feel the Earth signs are pedestrian. Some on the fringe see no reason to share the planet with them at all however, Venus and Mars in Taurus, Pluto in Capricorn and Saturn in Virgo are most definitely grounding people and it is somewhat relieving and reassuring.
Tell the truth. It’s nice when your dingbat friend’s wheel hits the road. It’s nice to see people who have no body realize they actually do have a body and start caring for it. It’s nice when the Pella window salesman realizes he is going to have to actually provide me with a receipt for my purchase rather than just say he is going to provide a receipt. Yeah, baby! I am in my element all right.
On other fronts, we are not bored! Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron are still conjunct in Aquarius so magic and surprises are out there and most of them are good.
The only downside here is delusion and the earth helps with that, see?

I’m kind of enjoying watching the people around me being forced to deal with and attend to REALITY. I got so sick of the people around me who either have their heads in the clouds and think I’m just some stick in the mud because I’m not like that, or the people around me who usually run on blind optimism being forced to realize they can’t run life on rainbows and mere hope. It’s nice to have them have to deal with the here and now and realize that life is not all puppies and unicorns. Might sound cruel on my part, but earth tends to be pooped on by others so it’s nice to finally also feel in my element, nice to have friends, family, and acquaintances have to actually deal with life the way I have to for my entire life.
I’m quite earthy – Virgo Sun and Venus, Capricorn Midheaven, and Taurus Ascendant and Moon (and Chiron if you want to count that – I do because it’s in a strong conjunction with the Moon).
Earth to Randamandar! hahaha Yeah yaypopcorn! Yeah Elsa! And Neith I love it when I hear that 89 year olds have liquid assets! Especially when someone is caring for them to make sure their liquid asstes don’t go down the drain.
Aww…I didn’t realize there was so much earth hatin’! Hey, we’ve got our good side just like everyone else. And pffft, we have some of the most sensual sex you’ll ever know, PSHYA.
I love Earth…I really do…but I have been EXHAUSTED lately (for no good reason, either)…I’m not *blaming all this Earth, per se…but still…makes me wonder…

I am loving all the earth ’cause with no earth natally I have to find it where I can. Overcompensate usually.
My sister w/Moon in Cappy & I made our Cancer dad sit down and make a list of all his liquid assets. He is 89 today and while quite sharp, he is such an absent minded professor. My mom rode herd on him until she died a couple of years ago. Now it’s up to us girls (our brother is also an absent minded sort).
