Mz Scarlett, my advice would be to shut down all systems you possibly can until you can regroup. Because I know you to be inordinately capable and I bet if you can shut enough things down, your plane will right itself.

Yea, thank you. I’m put on my flat shoes, put a sign on the door and went for a walk for 30 minutes b/t consults- you can’t believe all the happy people down by the ocean walking and talking in pairs.

More information please. I don’t want to blow my cool facade but actually have a couple of hot tears coming down my face at my desk right now…… I feel like everyone, since the minute I got up, is saying LOTS of words to me, clients, lunatics, everyone and no one is listening to a word I’m responding with. In some cases i can’t even respond, some interrupt my answer to their first question with their next question. WTF
