ROFLMAO! Since I live with an Aries Mercury who is also pretty deaf in one ear, we have these moments too. My mom who was quite deaf was the corker to try to converse with. We did OK since we both were Mercury in Scorpio but there were moments . . . Maybe it’s the Mercury in Scorp but I take communicating seriously & always do my best to remember to look my Aries in the eye when we’re talking.

My Mercury is in Taurus in my 12th house. I love it when I have conversations like this. It usually begins with a complete mis-read – and the fact that I am deaf in one ear doesn’t help that – but even when I realize I really didn’t hear what I thought I heard, sometimes I continue to play along just to see how long the other person will keep going. I also enjoy double entendre and most any play with words.
