Pluto in Capricorn… The Power Of Integrity And The Projected Shadow

abe.jpg“I called in to get PO numbers so I could get paid for those local runs,” the soldier said. “They asked me well how long did it take you? I told them it took me 45 minutes, each trip and they started laughing. I could hear them all laughing, who are you? Honest Abe?”

I laughed.

“Yeah, apparently people lie all the time, oh it took me 3 hours… that took 4 hours and they have to check on ‘em,” he said.

“Oh, well they know you’re honest. You are getting known for this,” I said.

‘Yeah but it was embarrassing. I could hear them all laughing at me.”

It occured to me… ‘Well I am glad these people are seeing you clearly. Do you know there is no one in your life right now who does not show you some regard?”

He didn’t say anything.

“Well there isn’t. You are rid of everyone who doesn’t treat well and I think it’s amazing…”

It is also a total transformation of his life. I know it has to do with me as in a “sex’ll do that for you… love’ll do that for you” sort of way. When there is someone in your life who treats you well you start to notice the people who don’t and you get rid of them.

See the soldier has always been honest. He is just not someone who will cheat you out of so much as a dime, however he’s routinely been accused of dishonesty and lack of integrity (projected shadow) so to have this noticed and acknowledged is mind boggling.

Ever notice the collateral benefits of having positive people around? What about the negative impact of hanging around the opposite?

OMG, this is soooso true. I find that when I am around my mother, when she is on a negative rant (often) it does rub off. Now when she is on a roll when I call her I just get off the phone very quickly. It is contagious, just like hanging around people who are upbeat and have good energy. I think I will pick feeling good than crappy, but for some it is almost like a habit they don’t know how to feel good or want to. Strange.

ah, let ‘em laugh. we all know it serves him to be who he is. and that’s a pretty darned cool thing to be laughed at for.

as far keeping positive people around, i am just plain ol’ happier. night and day for me. i tend to soak up and “wear” the emotion of people around me very readily and sometimes unconciously, so it’s especially important that i pay attention to who it is i spend my time with. (7th house pisces).

I have a really hard time being around negative people. It doesn’t rub off on me per se, but their energy depletes the hell out of me. I’m very careful NOT to be negative around others because I think it’s a selfish action. I think there is a difference between talking ABOUT negative things, and being a negative-nancy. A BIG difference.
i.e: “My boyfriend cheated on me, I’m really bummed out” vs. “All men are jerks, you should keep an eye on your man too”.

is that happening for him as part of jupiter impact on taurus right now? As a taurus rising I seem to be seeing some of that.

omie, I don’t think so. It’s been getting this way for awhile and pretty much solidified when he moved here.
Everyone he has met in CO has liked him and treated him well (even the folks in the gym) but primarily I mean the people he works with and for now and the people he worked for when he first got here.

There was a slew of people who did not treat him well / wanted to devalue him and basically they are all gone now one way or the other.

He’s had a Pluto / Moon transit himself see… both of us were wiped out and now this… this is our new family… :-)

Hello Goddess
happy to see I am not the only one …Pisces Sun in the seven house here…I clean houses for a living ( believe it or not, it did help process astrology in my life…funny how the mind work…lol) and I use to hear myself saying that I felt like I was bringing home everybody else’s garbage…And I was!!! I was picking people energy in their house and it took me a while to learn to figure out what was mine and what was theirs…now, all the negative customers are gone…my peace of mind before my wallet lol…and when I go for a job interview, while I tour the house to give them a quote, i pay attention to how I am feeling…if there is a tinge of discomfort…I decline…have learn to do the same with people that I let into my life…
