wow, great point re. cancer moon / cap pluto axis. This does feel new and has richness

“I think Pluto in Cap is a big, BIG deal because it’s going over the angle of the natural chart…”

Pluto going over the angles and transiting the 10th house aspects the 4th house… the roots, by default. This is one reason for deep feelings of insecurity most are experiencing. Denying these feelings will get you nowhere. Excavating, connecting with and incorporating your “roots” is the path (Capricorn) to feeling empowered (Pluto).

Note the other angles as well. The 1st and 7th houses are also strongly impacted by this transit and this is why all the emphasis on this blog around relationships. I realize I may be the only one who thinks this but…

I think you had better be able work in as a team and work as part of a family for a common goal or you are going to be in big trouble in the next 10-15 years.

I also think there are many who have low and no skills on this front simply because we have become such a narcissistic culture. People who of this bent are going to come unglued.

What do you coming over the next 10-15 years and what skills do you think will be useful?

- develop self-control, sel-discipline and just plain work hard. And accept that without complaining;
- common sense becomes fashionable again.

Quality and substance will win out over flash. People are going to want the real deal. Reputation will be important I think, for businesses and individuals. I’ve been noticing that the businesses who are failing are the ones who aren’t offering substance or quality. You can’t just talk a good game anymore. You’ve got to back up your brag with some fact these days.

I think it will be important to be frugal but it will need to be the kind of thriftiness that recognizes that one $100 pair of shoes that lasts ten years beats ten $20 pair of shoes that fall apart or fall out of style in six months.

I hope this is the case anyway because I know I’m sick of cheap stuff that breaks.

I was raised by a Capricorn, so I am not afraid of this much.

Don’t be lazy, do your homework, eat your peas, clean up the dishes, work hard, be honest, do the right thing, honor your commitments, re-use what you can, watch your pennies, and if you cheat, expect to be caught, and pay the consequences.

This me, me, me world could use a whole lot of this, and I have no problem with it.

This kinda scares me. Pluto will be going over my descendant. While that worried me while I was in a relationship (although in a nebulous, future sort of way), it makes me waay more apprehensive now.
I guess one good thing is that I’ve learned this lesson, I think. So perhaps it won’t be as shattering as I fear.

Was going to make some sort of comment RE: the ex, but I just can’t summon it now. I don’t know what to think anymore.

I’m really looking forward to this Pluto in Capricorn. Woot Woot!

Starting in ’09 I’m focusing more on ME, ME, ME!
But in return it’ll be a better ME, ME, ME to share with my family and friends.
I’m actually feeling the opposite, very un-insescure for once. I’m communicating really well with my folks, dad esp, which is a miracle. And I feel insanely close to my hubby lately, very secure and comfortable. If this has anything to do with Pluto in Capricorn, I officially LOVE it. For now….eeek…*ducking*

I think taking careful of our minds, our spirits and our bodies will be one of the best things we can do with Pluto in Capricorn. Focus less on what ‘they’ can do for you when the chips are down and more what you can offer others as well as yourself.

Thank you for this. I’ll try. You don’t mean genealogy? I have some Cancerian energy so I have a stranglehold on my past. It is kind of unhealthy.
