I often talk about being seen as something I am not in public, due Neptune on my midheaven but here is a disturbing twist.

I don’t go out in the soldier’s clothes but I do wear them at home in the winter simply because they are here. He owns sweatshirts and I don’t. I’m cold and I have taken to wearing them. Today was an exception..

“I just ran out,” I explained to the soldier on the phone. “I’m wearing one of your sweatshirts, I just left the house as is because I didn’t feel like getting dressed. It says some Army stuff on it and you’ll never guess what happened.”

The soldier said something pointed the other day that really got my attention. He is very sensitive to selfishness and very repulsed by it. Same with greed and I’m not talking the kind that wants to keep all the nacatamales he covets. He’s entitled to that when he gives everything he earns in one form or another and always has. A man has to eat so he can serve and that’s all there is to it.

“Why is she doing that?” he asked.

“I don’t know. I guess because if she does it the other way, she’d going to feel bad.”

“Yeah< " he said, his voice jaded. "So she's going to make 100 people feel bad just so she can avoid feeling bad herself..."

I was stunned because he's summed up the situation succinctly and this gal's behavior is not extraordinary. I think it's very ordinary for the me, me, more and more for me generation and way we have been living over these last years.

I am writing on a keyboard that has letters, courtesy kashmiri who sent me a keyboard she had lying around. It’s the best keyboard ever. It makes a good sound and just in general has a good feel when I’m typing.

If you’re not aware I have made almost $130 in Amazon referrals this month thanks to a whole bunch of you. If you consider I usually make about a dollar a month and have never made more than $5 that I can recall, this is extraordinary and I am very grateful.

The stellium does fall in my 12th house and I feel, Little Match Girl-esque. A 12th house full of Capricorn is a Saturn Neptune exchange. I already have a strong Saturn Neptune signature natally now exacerbated by the current sky and it’s really something to behold.

I can kiss reality goodbye, that’s for sure but what about that Little Match Girl? What does she do exist so that others may think and feel things that have nothing to do with her?. And what is her problem anyway? Her problem is not defined. Her reality is not defined.

Reality surrounds her (it’s cold!) but it is irrelevant even as it takes her life.

Saturn rules the reputation and the public image. Leo is an actor and last year as Saturn transited Leo, I said that I felt actors with poor reputations for whatever reason would see their careers suffer. Over the weekend the soldier and I discussed Tom Cruise…

“Just what did he do?” he asked. “He jumped on a couch or something?”

These excerpts are all from letters to my mother. My mother is a double Aquarius and you can see the Aquarian themes here. He is making sure she knows he is no impinging on her freedom…and “friendship” is an Aquarian concept.

Henry was born in 1900, so it is easy to track how old he was when he wrote these letters. He is 55 when he can walk on his hands, for example.

The Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Pluto are in Capricorn and the Moon is in the middle of all that, catching a trine aspect from Saturn in Virgo to boot. Obviously this is way too much Capricorn and I wonder if 17 year olds aren’t feeling their age. If your chart is anything like mine where the entire stellium falls in one house, then there is an area of your life that is completely overwhelmed.

Monday the Moon will leave Capricorn for Aquarius lightening the collective mood for whatever that may be worth. It’s headed into the soup that is the Venus, Chiron, Neptune conjunction and I’m not placing any bets.

It’s quite harsh out there and even the part that is sweet comes wrapped in pain. Who can relate?

The soldier said, “Someone asked me if I were in the Corps today and I said, the apple core?”

I laughed.

“No, the Marine Corps he said. I said, yeah I was in. He said, no you weren’t. I said, yes I was, I was in the fighting fifth.”

“Hmm. Then what?” I asked.

“He wanted to know how long I was in. 2 years, I told him.”

“You didn’t tell him anything else?”

“No.”

“Yeah, well I never saw Star Wars until 20 years after the fact. This in spite of having a boyfriend with a full Darth Vader costume back when the movie came out! I don’t get out much… but really this is what growing up isolated without a tv does to you. Don’t ask me about popular culture…”

It made me recall the first time I ever had skates on my feet. I was teenager! When I say I am from the desert, I mean I from the desert.

The soldier and I watched Gone With The Wind this weekend, you may be surprised to learn that prior to Saturday, I’d never seen the movie in my life. He was. This movie came up in my astrology class, so we watched it and I enjoyed it immensely. Most the way through it, I told him I felt most aligned with the madam in the movie, Belle Watling.

“I’m the whore,” I said. “I most relate to her.”

“P, you do not. You are not a whore!”
