Saturn (and Uranus) is square the Sun and Mars and many of you know Mars Saturn has a horrible reputation in astrology.
If there is one thing I would like to accomplish in this world, it would be to get people to see that every gift is a curse in exact proportion and vice versa. I am sure this is the case which is why I react so strongly to negative interpretation of various aspect or transits.
Regarding today’s Mars Saturn square I’ll offer up something the soldier said to me this morning. He’s got this aspect natally and we were talking about some difficulty we are having in tandem with others in our inner circle:
“You don’t pick schlups for the work that needs to be done in life and in the world,” he said.
This is a bad day for schlups but the rest of us just do the job.

I must be nuts because I feel a sense of relief today haha & made some art late last night/early today.
i credit my mars/saturn interaction with giving me drive and stamina for long term projects that require a lot of work.
Yeah like the wee puppy or cat freezing in minus twenty weather and everyone else walking by not doing anything. When is society going to actually punish people for animal cruelty? I would love to tie some of these negligent owners up to a two foot chain for months on end. My sensitivity to animals is a blessing and a curse.

if those these are mars/saturn then we need more of it, not less.
We were unrejected for the house we wanted to rent. We are going to have to work our butts off to make it all work but it IS possible. It’s a nice house with about twice the space we have now right next to a darling little town square. It’s about half the commute to work for me and five minutes from John’s job. Best of all the high school is fantastic and my daughter would move back in with me to go to that school.
Thanks to those of you who wished good things for me when I talked about this before. It certainly didn’t hurt.
And Togi, that’s why I have an ever increasing number of animals in my house. No matter how many great homes I find for them, new ones appear. I’ve been bringing home strays since I was old enough to walk around the block by myself. Elsa’s right. These things don’t change
They came back asking for a bit more of a deposit due to some old credit issues. It remains to be seen whether we’ll be able to pull it off but I think it can work.
Good thing I read The Secret, eh?

Never complain, never explain. I would be so much happier at work if everyone just DID THAT. Does this aspect mean we can hit (mars) the whiners with rigid (saturn) objects? Oh, I hope so…
