Astrology Today: Superficial – It’s Not A Dirty Word
My eye on the sky
With the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Mars in Libra it’s a good day to be superficial and hopefully ya’ll read here often enough to know I say that without judgment.
“Superficial” is a word with a unwarranted negative connotation like “manipulating”.
People who are pleasant are likely to have a pleasant day.

Superficial pleasantry is something I’ve always been good at. And my lost cat has been found, so I’m in a good mood anyway. 
Ha…my uber-Aquarian friend (who thinks astrology is bunk) called me today to leave this message:
‘Oh this is superficial, but I just wanted to tell you I look AMAZING today! And I’m wearing _______ and my hair is _______ and I LOVE you! Byyyyyeeee!’
Totally made my day!
Kashmiri, he was behind the KFC. Somebody recognized him from the lost cat flyer, and lured him down with a chicken leg.
pleasantly talking about unpleasant topics seems to be going well…

Yeah, happy b-day Leon! Speaking of happy things, I discovered grinding flax seeds in the bean grinder today.
Take your banana loaf recipe, put in something else, like berries and chopped nuts, take out some flour, replace with ground flax and bake as before except (a) the seeds release oil so no real need to cook with oil/butter and (b) not a sweet bread. A meal almost.
Yum!!!
