Time Is Ethereal For Saturn Neptune Types
Astrology in real life
I have a strong, well documented Saturn Neptune signature in my chart. There are a million ways this manifests me, the phenomena shows up probably daily on this blog but today I want to focus on the time aspect.
Saturn rules time of course and Neptune bends it. The soldier has Saturn and Neptune in aspect and characterizes time as “weird”. Of course he believe in past lives and does not take time seriously at all. Remember when we ate those lifesavers? The soldier was explaining how he felt it made no difference if we got together this life of the next. I wrote about that here -> The Pisces Perspective. That was back when I thought the soldier had a Pisces rising… he does not.
The other night we were hanging out. We are both well aware nearly 3 decades has disappeared and the soldier was talking….
“I was really happy from 13-16,” he said. “Those were really great years. I had so much fun.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah, and then 16-18 was okay. Those years were okay, I has some fun but from 18-19 was awful. I had no fun at all.”
“You were isolated in training.”
“Yeah. Didn’t get out… had no fun at all for a year. Then when I was 19, I met you.”
“Uh huh.”
“Then 22… well I got married so right here I could start talking about how that was but now that we are together, it’s like all those years… all those years could be summed up in a few lines of text.”
“You’re kidding.”
“No. There was time I was young, the time I was with you, the time I am back with you and everything in the middle can pretty much be written off.”
“It’s hard to believe.”
“I know. Makes you question what the hell you did for 30 years.”
“I know.”
“And here we thought we were living full-tilt.”
Do you know I feel exactly the same way? Talk about disorienting.
How do you tell people this?

Errrmmm. . . Well, those that understand you don’t have to explain it to, and those that don’t will never understand it until (if) it happens to them.
Joana, spot on, babe! I’m completely surfing your wavelength over here.
Saturn/Neptune/Mercury – I relate.
“And here we thought we were living full-tilt.”
Well you were with what you had at the time, then you shift to another place, your perception changes, life has other (better) plans, etc and the past gets reduced to another equation. And it’s not necessarily a linear process! Plus it can go the other way too, or other wayS. For example “lost years”. Does that make sense?
As a side note, you used a spiral here, one of the oldest symbol. I went through a spiral art period LOL, my own alchemical doorway that preceded a major time shift.

I can relate to that, absolutely. Some years of my life seem to have vanished into thin air – what did I do?, I ask, nothing!
And then some other years were so full of things and life that I can’t believe they didn’t last longer.
I have Saturn semi-square Neptune, must count for something.
