Pluto Transit To The Moon – Mine: Reeling

blue-nun.jpgToday the soldier got a surprise package in the mail. His mother has just moved and the box was full of pictures she had lying around.

As some of you know, I let boxes with this kind of energy cool a few day or even a few weeks before I open them but of course he’s not me so he ripped the thing open and next thing you know there is a picture of him in our old apartment from 29 years ago. It’s from a different angle than anything I have from the era and as I held it in my hand I was momentarily speechless.

“I remember that cookie jar,” I said. He was standing in the kitchen see… the Moon. “I got that thing at Goodwill and see that wine on top the refrigerator? I actually know what kind of wine that is. It’s Blue Nun,” I said, absolutely recognizing the label even though the image is tiny in the picture. “Hold on,” I said turning to search for the wine. I quickly pulled up a picture of the label and it’s obvious they match.

“What’s that say you think?” he said pointing to something orange that was taped to the refrigerator. “Wonder what that says there?”

prosperous but at least I am overweightI peered at the picture. “Well I know exactly what that says. It says, I may not be prosperous but at least I am overweight,” I said. “I have had that on my blog,” I added.

He looked suspect.

“Hold on, I’ll find it.” I quickly pulled up the blog and he was shocked. “I still have that card,” I said.”Yep, I have it.”

This whole business makes me sick you know. It’s just too deep a root and when you jiggle it, well it’s just hard not to vomit, I don’t know what else I can say. I mean there we are and I missed him for almost 30 years so wtf?

I have no words to say, other than I can only imagine the depth of the loss of those 29+ yrs…I can just about feel it, and it IS gut-wrenching & heart-breaking…{{{Elsa & Soldier}}} <3

Whew, that’s hard to read. Just try to focus on “now”. It’s a beautiful gift that you have each other again.

I’m sitting here loving the hell out of someone who is never going to be standing in the kitchen for me to take a photo of.

thing is, Tam, is hard not to obsess (pluto) on the past (moon) under this transit. In fact, I think it’s prescribed!

This is literally “out of the box” – Thank you Elsa for sharing and don’t worry, it may feel like sickness but it’s healing. The actual sickness was before, when it was buried. Pluto is pulling it out, kind of exorcizing. Good for both of you and blessings! That Blue Nun is a good wine, you may get some – it’s good for the Moon.

Wow Elsa! Is Pluto square or opposite your moon?

I like that drawing — delicate, depressed and dry.

Well I liked it too, Deirdre. I lost 50 pounds with that postcard… it cheered me right up. I just laughed like hell when someone gave it to me. What I can’t believe is I look at this picture and can recognize something – plus I have it.

I also had the cookie jar (ugly as hell) which I realized I had right up until that crazy guy came and bought my house and everything in it. That cookie jar was in it.

I have the postcard because it was (and still is) in a photo album. That’s all I kept when that guy bought everything. My clothes, my albums and my pictures..

The other thing is I have pictures of us in that apt (our second) but this one is just… well hell, it shocked me because I am used to the ones I have.

Also note that his mother surfaced with the pics she had kept in a box of “things that made her son a man” last time Pluto was station on my Moon – damned timing.

I try to fathom things but some things cannot be fathomed. Take me 10 years to resolve this.. just the way it is.

What do you do when someone sends you boxes of stuff like this and you plain don’t want it? Say you ask for one tiny photo and a cascade of boxes with pictures of dead people you’d really rather not think about let alone have to store those things arrives. I don’t want to get near it, I don’t wanna store it and i can’t send it back.

I don’t feel like i can throw them out, that feels totally wrong because there is energy and spirit around them. These pictures and memories always feel like such a burden to me. I appreciate any ideas.

Pluto is in opposition to my natal moon for the last time until next October and I was speechless after reading this post. I know that gut feeling and you just want to vomit your insides. I actually sometimes visualize this vomit whenever pictures of the past appear in my mind (very frequent with this transit) and I realize that it really helps!! ahahah
