Jeremy asksin regards to the soldier…

1) Why won’t he fly?

I think you are sort of new around here. The soldier was in Special Forces for many years. He has (well) over 200 jumps into combat but hates flying. He has a fear of heights actually. Being a Taurus and likes to be on the ground.

He loves to fight though. He loves battle in every way shape or form so much he willing to jump out of a plane to be in the middle of one but now that his fighting days are over he’s got no motivation to get on a plane and it is well understood by those who know and love him, if he’s traveling, it’s by car.

2) Why doesn’t he usually talk freely?

Same reason. He is an ex SF soldier and most his life is classified. Some of his life is no longer classified but he had no motivation to find out what is which because he has no motivation to talk anyway.

He got into this field purely because he is a soldier and has no interest in anything else beyond that. Matter of fact, he has no idea why he survived all the wars and often wishes he would not have since now there is nothing (important) for him to do.  He thinks it is not so bad to die in battle… certainly dying a coward is much worse and he thinks he has many lives ahead (all as a soldier) so no big deal to die in this one.  He’ll just be reborn (as a soldier again) and go right back out to the battlefield.

He also doesn’t talk because he thinks people are stupid and they piss him off.  Both the talking and the being pissed off are time-wasters to him and with Saturn, Mercury and Mars in aspect he is not liable to waste his time.

3) Why won’t he let people hug him?

Same reason again. He does not like people in his body space. He is highly trained and well aware if someone gets in close to you, you can be killed in just a couple of seconds. If you knew this, how many people do you think you’d want hugging you?

And he doesn’t stop people from hugging him, they just stay back automatically for the most part.
