I´m sorry, but I´m sure Falco didn´t have Cancer rising. The time from astrotheme is surely wrong.
He either had Scorpio rising with Pluto right on the midheaven (time of birth 00:03), or Leo rising with Uranus (time of birth 14:51 – quote from his mother).
I´m writing an article on these two possibilities in my blog the next days…
