Fated Trip… Freda Payne, Composite Charts, Etc.
Astrology in real life
Most of you know I got a corrected birth time for the soldier some weeks ago. The real time is markedly different then what I had been using and it’s so disorienting I haven’t really spent anytime with the new chart but today I looked at the new composite chart, just wondering how is jibed with the take-off chart of our trip back to the desert.
Our composite Moon is exactly conjunct the ascendant of the flight chart. The Suns of both charts are exactly conjunct as well if you can believe that. The whole thing has got to be fated, it’s almost spooky.
It’s also the kind of thing that happens to us all the time. I will never forget flying to Minneapolis with less than 24 hours notice, renting a car, driving to a truck stop to meet the soldier.
Not only did he pull up within 4 minutes of my arrival. Freda Payne’s, “Band Of Gold”, was blaring from the fuel island of the truck stop (the song he associated with us for 30 years) and then we wound up at that Catholic wedding – Just literally delivered there, a hour later.
I wonder what waits for us in the desert.
Here’s Freda. The soldier thinks this is the best song in the world, sung by the best singer in the world!
“P!” the soldier yelled from the bathroom. “I’m stuck in the bathtub, P!”
I laughed and went in to see what he was talking about. He was laying on his back in the empty tub, wet and naked and he looked amusing. “What? What is it.”
“I can’t out of here,” he said. “My back is stuck to the bottom of the tub like suction. I’m stuck, P!
“Oh my God. You mean I have to get you out of there?” I was sort stunned. Surely he’s kidding, right? I grabbed his arm, he grabbed mine and I pulled him up. “Oh for Godsakes, I really do live with a Rhinoceros. People have no idea what this is like.”
“Sorry, P. But I know that’s happened to you. Haven’t you ever got your back suctioned to a bath tub before?”
“Um… no! No, hell no, you’re on your own.”
“P, everyone gets their back suctioned like that from time to time.”
I just glared at the freak.

Who Can See The Invisible? My Perception Of The Difference In Perception Between Scorpio And Pisces
Astrology in real life
Continuing on the invisible people theme, I wanted to ask the other hologram-type people out there, who is most consistently able to see you?
For me it is Pisces and people with emphasis on the 12th house. Coming in 2nd would be Scorpio but their way of seeing is very different and exactly what you’d expect.
The Neptunians tend to have a whole view where as Scorpio is very focused on whatever part of my psyche they are focused on. It is sort of like looking at a person’s foot. Scorpio sees the foot razor sharp and derives everything else from that. Age, health, state of being, culture, level of self care…
What are your experiences along this line?

Pluto Transit To The Moon – Mine: Hard To Kill
Astrology in real life
Yesterday I wrote about Christopher Reeve, a man so buoyant that even when he’s dead, he’s still – UP. I mean, it’s just impossible to think of the guy and end on a down note.
Lupa came on and said that like me, she could access happiness via focusing on the feeling of the sun on her skin and credited her natal Saturn in Pisces (A Saturn Neptune exchange).
Well my daughter has Saturn in Pisces. She also has Jupiter in Sagittarius trine a 9th house Moon and I am telling you that girl is not going down. Anyway you turn it, she is a streak across the sky and it occurs to me with Pluto retrograde applying in aspect to my Moon that my daughter is one of those people (like Christopher Reeve) who never really die. Oh, maybe in a 100 years but you get the idea. My daughter is UP.
She is up and even when she is down she is actually up, I think she gets it from her Mom.
(Her Mom gets it from Henry.)
Does he look dead in that picture? Of course not.
Up! Up, Up, Up!

Pisces And Neptune Types: On Being Invisible
Outtakes and various other sundries
Here is someone else’s take on this subject. Neptunia writes on Being Invisible
“I only I were Hugo Wolf.” – Hugo Wolf (Sun conjunct Neptune in Pisces)
“Many Neptunians are forced to accept the fact that they are sometimes almost invisible to others. Or seen as different or even opposite than they truly are. Because of this, and also to keep their self-images and identitities intact, many Neptunians learn to refuse uninvited character analyses and diagnoses. They know by experience that others often have an annoying habit of accusing the Neptunian of anything going on in themselves or in their own lives. The Neptunian may be, for instance, accused of being deceptive just when he or she tries to be as honest and direct as possible…”

Speaking of abstract thinking, pal and fellow astrologer, Deirdre Tanton, sent me Wordle.net which makes a collage of your text.
Pictured is the All Boats Rise piece. I have to say, I think my vocabulary is mighty handsome and yes, that is a Mercury in the 9th house boast!
Thanks, Deirdre!
Neptune On The Midheaven: Expounding On This
Astrology in real life
s left this comment on the flashback Bagdad Cafe post:
“…I think all these judgments are fascinating because the way I see it, each tells more about the judge than the person judged. If I had this aspect, I’d exploit it for the way it reveals the unspoken “shadow” side and valued stereotypes of the people around me..”
It prompted me to go back there and read the thing because when I put these flashback bits together, I never do. I should but I don’t (apologize to Saturn in Virgo for shirking duty) and it says this:
