If you are following my saga, you know last week I bought a pressure cooker, necessary to cook the soldier’s home food. This weekend I am going to cook a chicken dish he is craving – he called him mother who relayed the complex process over the phone.

The dish takes 2 hours to prepare according to one of his sisters… she methodically gave him the instructions while he relayed them to me with a pen in my hand. Why he acted as translator, I don’t know but I do know it doesn’t matter because the soldier’s mother can do no wrong as far as I am concerned.

She can do no wrong because she is my kind of woman. She happens to have her Sun and Moon in the same sign I have mine (and her Mars in Leo conjunct my Venus) but besides that she gave me her son when we were kids which… well I thought it was extraordinary then and at this age I KNOW.

How rare it is, the mother who supports the woman (or women) her son gets involved with. Real support, not fake support and his mother is like this.

I know she is part of my Pluto Moon transit because she first surfaced about 18 months ago when Pluto was stationing in exact aspect to my Moon. It was at this time she brought the pictures of me to the light… after storing them for almost 3 decades in a box of “the things that made her son a man”.

I was astonished when I saw the pictures. For one, they are some of the best pictures I have ever taken in my life but also they were taken in a bar and consequently they are the only pictures in existence – these are the photo evidence of my underage bartending. I am 17 in them and as you can see you can’t really tell. Cap rising will do that for you.

Anyway, I expect her here soon. I know she is coming and I have worry none about that. And today I will make the soldier his Italian chicken with it’s name in Spanish and what do you want to bet it comes out?

PS – When the soldier’s mother sprung these (and other) pictures on him, he asked where she got them and she refused to tell him. “You don’t need to know my secrets…” Pluto Mooooon.
