The Sobbing Decoy Catholic – Difficult For Everyone Involved
The decoy Catholic (me) attended Mass again today and cried throughout. I am talking snot-problem level crying. ::rolls eyes::
I also fought with the soldier about it; we have a very rocky road here that neither of us can get off though we both threaten.
“If we get off, we’re just going to have to get right back on,” I said.
‘Well I know that! But at least we could have a break – go a couple Sundays without a fight,’ he said.
“You have to do this because of God,’ I said. “I think you do.”
“Well yeah. I had to do Special Forces because of God too; it doesn’t mean I have to like it.”
Exhausted from 3 hours on intense emoting, I waved my hand to dismiss and we both smiled.
I don’t dare break it to him but Saturn won’t be in my 9th house (religion) for 2 years.

You will resolve this I am sure. Personally, I am not good at fighting over religion – I believe there are many paths to god, and that god is about a spiritual way of life. I don’t think god cares whether I go to mass, or which particular church/mosque/ synagogue etc I attend. A jewish friend of mine broke up with her boyfriend because she doesn’t want to marry in a catholic church, while he doesn’t want to marry anywhere else. I think it’s really a shame when dogma comes in between people.
Amber – We are not fighting over religion. We are fighting our usual fight and we only have one – “I am not him.”
Heh, heh. Thanks for explaining, I, too, was wondering what the fighting was about. The crying I think I understand; you said the music does that to you, something about Neptune with Venus? I have those two in opposition Venus from 1st and Nep from 7th, so I think it is too busy screwing up my love life to find music that makes me cry. [Although I do love music]. But the fighting, OK, not I get it.

Do you find that many people go through a tough life-altering experience during a Saturn transit in the 9th house? I was just wondering because it seems many people turn to religion most especially when things like death, divorce, sickness, etc. happen? Or is it a natural transition from the 8th house to the 9th?
Happy Mothers Day to Elsa and to all, by the way! Hope you all enjoyed your day.
