I spoke with pal and astrologer, Claire-France Perez last night. She always leaves me feeling good and usually manages to shock me as well by offering her perspective on my life which always seems inordinately advanced to me.

Now cf is an intellectual, just look at her website. But atypical of the type she has a deep appreciation for what I am and what I do which is anything but intellectual. You could compare it to a light-skinned woman appreciating the beauty or a dark-skinned woman and vice versa. In real life this is rare. You’ve got to stretch to do it.

My daughter – Mercury in Gemini opposite Jupiter in Sagittarius)
My son – Mercury conjunct Jupiter

I wrote that piece this morning about what is in the blood and then went to one of those meetings. There were 9 people in this meeting, all new faces except for one gal who said she recognized me from somewhere. I recognized her and well, both her face and her name and it took us a few but we finally pinned it down. She was in the first meeting I attended back in December where I brought the house down.

I wrote about that fiasco and would link it if I knew how to find it but anyway, I was in intense process at the time and gave a speech so full of pain and passion a couple people started crying and this gal was one of them. She just started crying right there in the meeting – there was a table full, 15 people or so and it was a scene.

Okay, so the soldier quit his job and his boss is continued to call him… four phone calls in the last 2 hours, wants him to come back and is inducing guilt.

Meanwhile a dove landed on the windshield of his rental car and stared at him which he thinks is an omen.

I agree but think a dove is an universal symbol of something positive. I don’t think there is a negative interpretation out there but this is not my business so I thought I would get on here an ask:

The soldier quit his job today and his boss is of course, having kittens. He quit in Special Forces soldier style which has been astonishing to witness. Let’s just say when the man is going to execute, he is going to execute and it’s only after he’s gone that you have time to register who and what you have just encountered… after you get your jaw off the floor that is. It’s when you get your jaw off the floor that you start to comprehend you were dealing with a force of nature… all along.

Anyway, he turned in the truck at the terminal, the mother cat is actually his dispatcher who has been calling him since. He finally picked up the phone and apparently the guy was devastated.

“Come back. You were my best driver. I liked working with you. Why don’t you just go home and think about… don’t quit. You come back… come back, dpn’t go…”

The soldier told him he would not be coming back..

“Okay, okay but will you call me sometime?”

To quote fellow Taurean, Taj Mahal, “You don’t miss your water till your well run dry.”

And as to the astrology… well the solar return is comin’ in. New year, BAY-BEEEEE

The Moon leaves Sagittarius for Capricorn which is always a cold shower.

The Moon will also conjunct Pluto (cold shower in the shadow) except in this case Pluto is so well aspected it’s quite possible to feel in tune if you don’t mind operating at a lower octave.

The friend who betrayed my son earlier this week has apologized and restored the friendship. I am skeptical since this boy has a distinct pattern of becoming very close to my son and then dumping him coldly.

It has never made sense because they hang out together at one house or the other 7 days a week so I always wonder what this kid thinks he’s doing. He is entirely compatible with my son. I have never witnessed conflict of any kind so I have no idea what this kid is acting out but apparently it is something. And I think he is fortunate because my son can transcend but what a baffling situation.
