I met my new crew today. I have a change of command of the task force I am working with and it went pretty well. I have more confidence in this group because they are older and have more experience. They also have the benefit of more information that can and will be provided with the gals now off the case.

The keenly skilled attorney was there and stayed solidly in my court. I am beginning to think she is a Taurus because I am surrounded by them so obviously I need the stabilization they provide. Thankfully this gal has chosen to sit next to me recently and presence is tremendously grounding.

Most heartening, no one seems to think I am a drunk, at least not today. Instead people took copious notes and make instant adjustments to there game plan based on what I was able to tell them.

There were two gals training in there today as well. They sat on the periphery to observe and while I glanced at them a few times they were silent. At the end of the meeting the main gal asked if she could meet with me again on Wednesday (::sigh::). I consented and she asked if I would mind a trainee attending as well.

“No, bring them in. They will learn and this stuff is important to know.”

I turned to leave and one of the trainees stopped to thank me profusely. Some people know when they have a big fish, ya know? I thought it was funny and liked the girl because if I were her I would have done the same thing.

Personally though, I felt sick on the way home. I felt as if I had just vomited. Vomited well, but it’s still vomiting you know? Mars in Cancer is not so good for the tummy, especially when it is square your natal Mars – Spew!
