paparazzi-5.jpgI was thinking about Pluto’s retrograde transit back in Sagittarius when I read this article on the proposed paparazzi ban in LA, inspired by the press so aggressively stalking the obviously struggling, Britney Spears.

Princess Diana was killed in 1997 with Pluto in the early degrees of Sagittarius. Today they say she was “unlawfully killed by grossly negligent driving of their chauffeur, as well as paparazzi chasing them in Paris.”

To my memory this was the first possible, or claimed or charged or supposed, “death by paparazzi”. I wonder if we won’t see another, much more conclusive incident by the time Pluto leaves Sagittarius.

What do you think about this? Anyone else have predictions around Pluto’s last gasp in Sadge?

1) The trend in reality programming will finally start to wane a little at a time. I’d look for a few surprising cancellations and more innovative lineups come fall.
2) Violence and protests leading up to the China games. A real split among countries: Whose side are you on? Lines drawn.
3) Relapses galore in the Hollywood recent-rehab set.
4) Embarrassing past blunders, lies and peccadilloes catching up with the pres candidates.
5) An October surprise terrorism something-or-other right before the election.

Does Sag rule wild animals? (Thinking of the Steve Irwin death & that tiger attack at the zoo.)

I am wondering if this transit might lull people into a false sense that things are easing off and allow people to dig themselves in deeper with some of the same mistakes they have been making where they did not learn the lesson the first time.

As foghorn leghorn said ‘i say, i say, keep your eye on the ball son…. eyeball get it?’

Avery’s list sounds about right to me. I think we’ll see some sort of another terrorist incident before the retrograde passes.

Avery– those celebs would have relapsed anyway. LOL

there was the writer’s strike, and now, it looks like possibly an actor’s strike too. hollywood needs some serious growing up to adapt to the changes in the media environment.

i’d rather not see anybody else die. not that the universe does what i want it to. there already was heath ledger at the last cusp.

and. well. i’m just not thinking about the election right now. one thing at a time and right now my own handbasket is keeping me a little preoccupied.
