Astrology And Defense Systems: Nick Lowe’s “Stick It Where The Sun Don’t Shine!”
Catch up here: 1 Minute Astrology – Defense for Pisces by Elsa P
Earlier we had the John Prine’s musical defense against a bitching spouse and here is a Nick Lowe version: “Stick It Where The Sun Don’t Shine.”
It is impossible to sing this song and not feel greeeeat! Mars Mercury loves this one because the gal here has a big mouth. She specifically has “a tongue like a knife” that makes “rotten racket”. It’s a bunch of “prittle pattle” that sound like a “death rattle” and best of all is the freedom -
Lowe sings…
“You can call up the law
Do what you like
You keep the car
I’m on my biiiike…”
So here is another Pisces (Saturn Neptune) defense. Put this song on and you’re not going to care what the offending is party is telling you. You can just look at them with “Call up the law…” playing in your head and you’re going to be just fine.
Further I am pretty sure he is chewing gum while he sings. They don’t call Lowe the Jesus Of Cool for nothin’! And last, for people who constantly berate other people you should know people think things like this about you – Don’t kid yourself.

I am not the smooth so my personal equivalent would be JayZee’s “If you’re havin’ girl problems I feel bad for you son: I got 99 problems but a bitch ain’t one.”
or
Dwight Yoakam’s “no I ain’t that lonely yet.”
I looooooove Nick Lowe; he’s gotten me through a few rough nights.
