mercury time hour “Which one of us do you think is scarier,” I asked the soldier. “Me or you?”

“You.”

“How can that be? Just how can that be when you’re you?”

“I never get mad in my veins, P. Have you ever seen me get mad in my veins?” he asked with his hands like an Italian.

“You yell your fuckin’ head off. You yell at the top of your lungs across the land.”

“Well yeah, after you yell at me for a day I do. Have I ever come yelling at you like that? Out of the blue sky? Have I?”

“You provoke it and then it’s my fault. You always do something that starts me yelling. You don’t hear anything any other way. Look. Has anyone in my life ever told me I was selfish and self-centered in relationship?”

“No, of course not. Of course they don’t say that.”

“I know! Because I am not! But how many women say that to you? Every single woman you’ve ever known? Every single one of them has…”

“Yeah, that’s what they say,” he said as if it could be argued. “And the men might say it to you too if they weren’t so afraid.”

I’d have argued but that was too funny.

Sounds like me and my SO. He’s a pisces sun/merc/ven…never sees what he starts, only that I reacted to his ‘lovin’ ways’…arghh.

I get this a lot, too. But with my stellium in Libra (including Venus), I only get truly frustrated when I feel that I’m being taken advantage of (things are unbalanced). However my Leo sun isn’t going to let that kind of behaviour slide and Aquarius moon doesn’t appreciate it much, either! So there’s usually some kind of explosive hooraow involved.

And I agree – having met neither of you, I think you’re scarier, E. The soldier might get pissed off and yell, but I don’t think he’d swing a helmet at me.

Dear Elsa,

Firstly, and again, I want to express my gratitude to your intellect and your so much human heart. I apologize for my question that doesn’t fit into this particular post. The question is “do you feel that Super Bowl will end up unharmed”? “What do the stars say”? I am concern about safety of people incl. my family that will attend. I did some investigation unfortunately I have a hard time to understand the effect of the planets. Pluto, Saturn, Mercury conjuncts Neptune on the 3rd, etc. Neptune represents spirituality, doesn’t it? Is Pluto connected in some way to Middle East? My worries are based on an intuition I had years ago, but the danger arose from the Ocean. Nevertheless, it takes only a moment in this nuclear time to……

I have aries mercury in 1st sqr moon, mars in cancer in 4th and I used to go off’ but only when my little cancer moon felt threatened by non- acceptance, criticism for the sake of it or abandonment for not being what adults said I ‘should’ be.
These days I recognise the threat but know that I’m ok and then make a decision as to whether or not I want these people in my life who want to control how I live and cannot or will not learn to moderate their communication to me. I’m sooo easy going and cooperative with civil honest speach, but I do have good boundaries as well so I keep in balance.
I’m can be sarcastic but have learned to turn it to more constructive suggestion. My mars gets a workout in the garden or on my sewing machines until I work out a way to solve the issue.
