Coping With The Current Saturn Neptune Opposition: What About the Aftermath?
Other Saturn Neptune stories etc start here: It’s a Hall Of Mirrors and We’re All In It
So after coping with the Saturn Neptune opposition for all these months it seems to me we are now going to have to cope with reality as it is revealed. And judging from my personal experience reality is going to be stark. And this is a new and unusual experience for me.
I have enough Capricorn I am completely capable of feeling dread and expecting doom around every corner even though what I fear almost never manifests. But now I am having the opposite experience. I am finding out all kinds of things much worse that I could have ever imagined and I am pretty sure the collective is have a similar experience here pretty quick.
It’s sort of like those Beanie Babies that were so popular when all the planets lined up in Taurus and everyone and their brother became a “collector”. At the height of this, they handed out these bears at a Denver Bronco game, one per customer and people were able to scalp them in the parking lot of $1000. But not everybody did. Holding out for more bucks, right? Taurus greed!
I had a hair lady back then… she owned a couple salons and her husband was a pilot. The other gals that worked in the salon were similarly situated. They were upper middle class… sophisticated, international traveler types and I was just stunned to hear these women talk about the money they had invested in beanie babies!
And I tried to break it to them. I tried to explain ahead and although they listened nothing penetrated. Taurus is like that. It is very hard to tell Taurus anything.
So anyway, this is similar but much more serious. And it’s confusing. Because I don’t want to be a fear monger! So I don’t know (Neptune) where the lines go (Saturn). And maybe I will figure this out but in meantime I’ll just say this and every Pisces on the planet can attest.
When you are in your blissful denial and the veil drops it’s always ugly. And in this case, once these planets separate… well they don’t stand still, do they? Time (Saturn) as they say, marches forward which implies reality that won’t quit.
And if you’ve been on a big drunk these last couple years you are probably going to be in a world of hurt. On the other hand, if you have been working, you may very well be delivered. We can hope.

I’ve had a month of very ugly relaties in my relationships (especially this big one with my bf), but instead of trying to swim away, I’ve realized that I *needed* to see these things.
And once I’ve accepted that, I have been able to see that: 1) my ex-husband doesn’t hate me, 2) my bf isn’t perfect (and I shouldn’t expect him to be) but he’s working on the issues that could become dealbreakers bc *he* sees them, too, (and without my help!!
), and 3) the important people aren’t buying my bullshit, and they’re calling me on it!
All of these factors, though ugly and painful, have helped me grow, especially since I’ve *wanted* to improve all of them, too.
I’ve been having a similar experience. It is ultimately empowering but very sad at first. For example, I’m reading The Omnivore’s Dilemma and it is totally bringing all of my unconsciousness to light regarding food. It is really sad and scary, but at the same time, hitting rock bottom is the point at which you don’t go *lower,* so it is also a great opportunity. And, I agree, I think the collective is largely already there and moving faster toward it every day (hitting rock bottom, that is). But you can see where things are turning around and people are figuring out solutions and new ways of doing things, and I think that as we collectively have our illusions stripped away, this creativity will continue to grow.
I am used to being sad OR hopeful, it is weird being sad AND hopeful at the same time

I think my Aries just pointed a finger at my Cap Moon and laughed. Meanwhile, that Cap Moon is stubbornly insisting, “Just wait, you’ll see!!”
