Saturn Opposite Neptune’s Last Gasp Followed By Saturn’s Transit Through Virgo
Astrology in Real Life…
We’re going to have to start talking about Saturn in Virgo here pretty quick. I had a rash of questions come in this week (that will post next week) with Saturn in Virgo themes and this was my heads up.
And I have read bits about Saturn in Virgo here and there around the web. People are saying all kinds of things that make no sense to me and since it’s all of them and only one of me, I am thinking I might have a drink and see if that helps.
But in whatever case, this is what occurs at the moment…
Saturn is currently headed into Neptune which will turn retrograde here any minute and head towards Saturn for their last smash up in June. Once that happens, Saturn will emerge from fog like a flatbed truck headed downhill into Virgo town!
Sensitive Virgos and people with planets at the early degrees of Virgo already feel it. The rest of you have another month to pretend nothing is happening and as far as I am concerned you might as well use it.
Get as much as you can out of the Saturn Neptune opposition which by now should be productive for those who have caught on to the whole disappearing reality thing.
If you’ve not caught on this is still good news because finally, finally your boat is going to run aground…

Or maybe what I’m feeling is Saturn on my Pluto at 24 degree Leo …. I am very curious about your thoughts on Saturn in Virgo if you would be willing to write something!
Melody – Don’t worry about that (Virgo pun
) I am going to write about Saturn in Virgo ad nauseum for 2.5 years just like I do everything else that comes down the pike!
Very sorry about your uncle.
Oh thank God, I can’t wait to hear all about it (Saturn at 13 Virgo opposed my asc, squaring mars, neptune, mercury and midheaven. I think I’m in for a lot (with Pluto Moon transit going on as well) but I’m looking forward to finally feeling like an adult. Boyfriend has a Virgo moon as well, it’ll be interesting to see how he deals, he’s so easygoing!
Lol @ don’t worry pun
Bring it on Elsa -getting ready for it over here!
I wish I didn’t catch on to the Saturn/Neptune thing or understand it so late so as to know best how to be productive with it. Sigh.
Hi! first time here, like your style of writing. I am from India and live in a small town called Tuticorin (Tamilnadu, South India). Want to know more about saturn’s transit thro virgo. I was born on 14th September 1964 at 10.06PM in Tuticorin, India. Can you please comment?
Cool Krishna! I am a 14 sept born too. Nice to meet you. The virgo audience is sticking its ears up.
I don’t see it but given the current transits it seems fate has it out for me.
I have a Virgo Saturn 12th House conjunct my AC and in a T-square with my Sag Neptune 3rd House and Gemini Venus 9th House (conjunct the MC, Neptune is also conjunct the IC).
I’d have to check my transits again but I’m pretty sure I’m going through my “Neptune return” and I know my Saturn return is either this year or next year.
Oh well.
I figure Saturn through Virgo would be things like being conscientious and practical at work and a good time for formulating plans, lists, budgets and reports. Earthy mutable earth!
I have Saturn at 9 Pisces, so Saturn moving into my 3rd house is not something I’m really looking forward to. I’m trying to figure out what I should have learned the last time around

Great post Elsa!
My 2 degree virgo moon is definately feeling it. I just found out today that my Uncle died – 80 years old and had been struggling with Cancer for 15 years – so not that big a surprise, but always a surprise. So thank you for giving me a chuckle on a rather gloomy day…
