Blogs regarding the Saturn Neptune opposition in the sky start here: It’s a Hall Of Mirrors and We’re All In It

“I’m going to be late for the bus,” he said one day before school when he had 20 minutes to get to his bus stop 2 minutes away. He has Saturn square Neptune in his chart and is prone to suffering hologram fear.

“No you’re not. That’s not going to happen, you’re just afraid. But you don’t have to be. You always get to school on time. I don’t think you’ve ever been late in your life, babe. And even if you do miss the bus, you’ll still get to school on time because I’ll take you.”

“Okay.”

“And if this happens it will be better than the bus for some reason,” I said. “Because that’s just how it works. Things happen for the best all the time. Try to remember that, okay? It always works out just right so no need to worry.”

See that? I am trying to teach him to disappear (Neptune) fear (Saturn) and replace it with faith. Otherwise, disaster. He’s either going to be afraid for no reason at all, or reassured for no reason at all. I chose the latter.

And you can see he is harder to work with than my daughter. This is courtesy the square aspect in his chart which indicates some jarring discord.

Compare to my daughter. She has a Saturn Neptune double whammy (Saturn in Pisces, Neptune in Capricorn) but the planets are in mutual reception indicating an easy flow between the two energies.

I am coming back with a story, but meantime what about you? Do these concepts feel discordant or so they go down easy?
