Vintage Astrology Blogging: A Jupiter Story For Y’all - Moving While Moving And Meeting My Seatmate
Need to catch up? Part one
Airplane follies? Yeah. Okay, I’ll tell you what happened.
I was seated next to this business guy. You know. A suit.
Now at the time I thought his clothing indicated he was important but you know that didn’t stop me. I turned to him and started babbling. I told him it was my first time on a plane and stuff. I don’t think he was sure about this at first but believe me I convinced him eventually.

Vintage Astrology Blogging: A Jupiter Story For Y’all - What Do You Mean You’ve Never Been On A Plane?
Just A Romp…
Here is a very embarrassing but hopefully entertaining romp. It is meant as a diversion because I think people could use one. I wrote this in about 2002, because I am a fool. It was posted on this blog in 2006. Here you go:
Here is a Jupiter / Sagittarius / Travel story for pure amusement. It’s true of course. Jupiter rules the truth! Jupiter rules storytelling for that matter. And travel, planes, what you believe, bluntness etc. all of which are prominent in this bit, which is clipped from the middle of a much longer story…

Open Question: If You Could Travel Anywhere In The World…
Ask the collective
kashmiri’s Sagittarius rising asks:
“If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?”
kashmiri - I have no preference at all. I live in a different realm and it makes little difference to me where I am although I do prefer a warm climate. But a far as a romantic idea of a locale or some kind of yearning, I don’t feel anything like that at all and I never have.
I think this is a function of my Saturn / Neptune-ness. To me, everywhere I go is the same as everywhere else I have ever been. It just all bleeds together so based on that, I will go wherever, whenever.
What about you? You can go anywhere, so where will you be going?

Astrology In Real Life: Sagittarius Men And Women Love To Travel And Give Directions!
Astrology in Real Life
If you ever want to know how to get somewhere, ask a Sagittarius. Sagittarius Sun, Moon or rising, a lot of them actually carry little notebooks around, for exactly this purpose… here are some stories
~~
Once I was new to a city and a Sagittarius Moon I met suggested I check out this specific bar. He said he thought I’d hit it off with the bartender and to make sure I could get there, he pulled a pad from his shirt pocket and drew me a map. He ripped the page from his notebook and handed it to me, and then drew me a second map.
“If it’s rush hour, use this one,” he said.

Mercury in Aries vs Mercury in Libra (With Mars Involved): Payback Is A Bitch
Astrology in real life
Last night after Vidroid went to bed the soldier and I got in the tub, it’s become a habit. He thinks all couples with children should do something like this by the way - make time to focus on just each other but anyway he was feeling frisky or something last night and apparently got a little careless…
“Yeah, P,” he said ready to launch into something. Some kind of story. “Spend all that time in the desert and you never even go see the Grand Canyon,” he said.
“What? I’ve been to the Grand Canyon,” I said. “Matter of fact I have flown all around inside it on a date! What the hell are you talking about, I’ve never been to the Grand Canyon. Yeah, babe! I went there on a date… on a blind date on a plane and not only that some Special Forces guy was there too. How could I forget,” I said with a snort. “Better yet how could you forget,” I said with a stare. “You’ve heard that story.”

The Saturn Return Of The Soldier And P - Freakishly Excited
Astrology in real life
Yesterday I was discussing the soldier and I’s trip to the desert with astrologer and pal, Claire France. The astrology of this trip is astonishing and we’ve both been at this long enough to know what that means.
“If we get on that plane and die, don’t you give it thought. We are so supposed to be on this specific plane…”
Later it hit me we were flying. The soldier hates to fly. He does not mind jumping out of a plane 200+ times but flying? He hates it.

Astrology Short And Sweet: Italy, Italians, And Jupiter’s Sense Of Adventure
Astrology in real life…
The soldier (Jupiter in Sagittarius) talks to me (Jupiter rising) about going to Italy and fact is, it does not take much for one to talk the other into an adventure….
“When we go to Italy…”
“We’re not going to Italy,” I said. “Why are we going to Italy?”
“Yes we are going to Italy. We’ll be in Italy some day I’m sure. Why don’t you want to go to Italy?”
“Well I have just never wanted to go. I am already Italian and they don’t want to see us over there. We’re Americans! Italian people don’t think Italians who are American are Italians. They hate us!”

The Soldier and P Risk Their Lives For Some Gym Shoes
Astrology in Real Life
There are some of our Jupitarian adventures coming up. This is from a couple weeks ago… the first mass, Green Beret and clogged drain Drano weekend… and T-Mobile Tabby, of course.
“I think that was the best weekend we ever spent in our lives,” he said.
“You do? I don’t remember. It was the first time we have ever had 3 nights in a row together in our lives, I do know that. And we met strange people. The whole town is full of them. This was the flavor. Every time we went anywhere we met odd characters like that freaky priest. He was so great they had to close the seminary after he graduated. No sense staying open when they don’t have great young men like him to teach. That’s what he said.” Continue reading The Soldier and P Risk Their Lives For Some Gym Shoes

Astrology and Travel: Perils Of Being Capricorn… And Various Other Sundries
Astrology in real life…
About that yin flying thing, one time I was on a plane with my daughter who was about 8 at the time but she is smart as a whip. She was sitting in the window seat, I was center and there was a full size man on the aisle, maybe 6′2″ and 240 pounds.
I was having no problem, the flight attendant had just cleared our lunch when I turned back from chatting with my daughter to see the man has fallen asleep.
Five minutes later, he had slumped down, leaned over and had his entire head lying on my tray table, sleeping like a baby with his head in my lap, drool and everything.
Of course I thought this was hysterical, as did my daughter…
“I thought I was your mother,” I said.
She roared. “Are you going to leave him?” she asked.
“Well, yeah,” I said. “How am I supposed to move him?”
“Oh, Mom. My mom is a mom.”
This is what happens when you’re super yin and have a grand trine in Earth. Capricorn too. These babies just find you. That guy slept in my lap for almost and hour.
Do you attract babies or no? Where’s your Moon and how’s it aspected?
