Sagittarians Telling the Truth - God Help Us!

True stories

sag manSome years back, I was writing on a message board about Gemnis lying. I called them Gemiliars and people got all pissed off. They were justified to an extent so having Libra, I decided to write about Gemini’s opposite sign: Sagittarius, known for being blunt and honest. Here’s the story…

I was dating this guy once, a Sadge rising. I’d met him in a restaurant for a big date. This was a really big date, he planned to propose to me after dinner. He had the ring in his pocket and here’s what happened instead:

Endless Stories - They Can’t Be Stopped!

Astrology in real life

capricorn mountain goat top mountainHeather M wrote regarding Disturbing Scorpio:

“A person should be able to share. It’s too bad your very watery friend could not be more sensitive to you. Maybe another time.”

It’s all right, Heather M. I know he loves me and would do anything I asked him to, including continue to listen. It’s just I don’t need that right now. I really was just filling him in, hitting the main points. I am the kind of person if you don’t track me, pretty soon you can’t catch up. There is just so much that happens to me and around me - it’s always been this way.

When I first started keeping a blog in 2001, people wondered when I would run out of stories. How many stories can she possibly have?

Well I will never run out of stories nor have the time to tell all the stories I have. I figure maybe 5 or 10% could be told if I wrote every day for the rest of my life and this is only if my life was very long… like into my 80’s.

If you think about it, you can see the amount of work I have to do is staggering so it should be no wonder to anyone why I would not mind dying sooner. Because man, I am tired! It’s an endless mountain, see? Or endless depth. Or maybe it’s both. In whatever case I am quite sure I am supposed to put this out there.

Um… the mountain is Capricorn, the depth, my 8th house. The endless stories come from Mercury in the 9th and Jupiter hard core.

Sun Conjunct Saturn @ 8 Years Old - The Power Of The Pen: Storytelling (Jupiter) As Savior To Capricorn And Saturn Types

Astrology in real life

libra angelMy son has begun to cartoon his life. He draws what he sees the way he sees it and I am freakishly happy because I know firsthand how telling stories invokes Jupiter which acts as anecdote to the Saturn blues.

My son really has had a terrifically difficult life starting from the time he was 4 days old and seeing him with this outlet… well I just know he will blossom and be okay.

A few weeks ago he was threatening to draw his Mom burping and I think he has caught on to the power of all this. Got a problem with your mother? Draw her burping and watch her Libra flip out! There. All better.

This started when he was 4 years old. My daughter had been picking on him not stop as she was prone to do and apparently he had just had enough. Never in his life had he retaliated but he was PISSED and he grabbed a piece of paper and drew a picture of a tic.

Astrology, Love And Facing The Possibility Of A Cancer Diagnosis: The Doctor

tofuI was only back in the waiting room a minute or so when the nurse popped her head out, “He wants you to come back.”

“He does?” I was surprised.

“Yeah. I asked him if he wanted you there and he said yes.”

“Okay.” I followed her back with three words on my mind, WTF.

“He told me you went to the restroom,” she said over her shoulder. “I’ve been looking for you.” We rounded the corner and she pointed at an office with an open door. “In here,” she said. She was cheery so I figured it must be okay.

Jupiter, Saturn And Generations Of Storytellers

Astrology in real life

terpning-storyteller.jpgRegarding my communication with the soldier’s son…

“What pictures are you sending?” he asked.

“Oh, for one I am sending the one of us dressed up in the old time clothes.” (We are 17 and 19 in the picture)

“Oh my God. He’ll be shocked to see me in that Yankee uniform,” he said.

Who Has The Rights To A Powerful Story Redux - Jupiter In Sagittarius And Different Perspectives

Astrology in real life

david lindley el rayo xI was thinking today about the Iran hostage story and Avery’s question regarding who gets to tell what story and it occurred to me that one story could be told by two (or more) people and it would be a completely different story. For example I told the story of the attempted rescue of the Iranian hostage and so did the guy who planned the whole operation in his book, James H. Colonel Kyle, The Guts To Try Our stories of the same story are very different.

Now the soldier was on that plane that went to rescue the hostages and if he told this story it would also be different so there is no stepping on anyone’s toes here. I mean, I know Avery was talking about something else. She was talking about invading a person’s privacy but I am trying to make this other point which I have promised the soldier I’d do several times now so this is my segue.

Pluto In Sagittarius - Who Has The Rights To A Powerful Story? Should I Be Writing This Stuff On My Blog?

Commenting on the comments

jupiterAvery had an interesting question / comment on the Collecting Benefits From The Shadow Of The Collective blog where I mentioned I told the soldier’s story without his knowing in advance.

Avery writes:

“I’m always fascinated by the way people take ownership of stories that also belong to another. For example, back in my early twenties, I got plastered on tequila and ended up making out with a female friend in private. Whose story is that? She felt she had the right to publicize it, since she felt it would raise her “cool factor” a few notches. I just wanted it to remain private..”
