“No I think she was the first and she’s been copied since. Copy cats.”

“Yeah, well she was a pure sociopath,” I said. “Brenda Ann.” I read him her quotes after the slaughter. But what strikes me is that this is now commonplace now. Kids shoot up schools - Period. You hear about it and we are used to it now. We just accept this as a culture. We know that some percentage of children are going to be killed at school by other children and at some point we as a culture are going to have to stop and take a look at why this is and what has gone wrong.”

Dear Wife,

I would not worry about Mercury retrograde. Sign the lease and get the hell out. Some things trump other things and this is a case of that.

If you want some more astrology for reassurance, there is a sweet little thing called a Jupiter Saturn trine aspecting your Mars and you should have no doubt you are doing the right thing and will be supported by the universe. Your other challenges are also paper tigers, let’s get real (Saturn) about what is true (Jupiter).

A man who assaults women and has an affair a month does not meet some gal at work and transform into Mr. Wonderful. You know who and what he is and she will find out I’m sure. The guy sounds like a sociopath to me and it is not uncommon they be charming.

As for why he wants this other woman, he does not want this other woman, are your kidding? He wants to meet people, mess with them, ruin their lives. and move along. She doesn’t know this yet but you do.

Keep your head, keep your focus. You have your evidence, Virgo - now get out, get out, get out.

I am watching this movie, The Lives Of Others. It’s incredibly disturbing from the first frame so I am glad to take this break.

Yesterday the soldier and I were discussing this piece of news: Interrogator: Invasion Surprised Saddam

FBI agent, George Piro claims Hussein confided in him after being groomed for 7 months. Apparently this guy was the only person allowed to supply Hussein with toiletries and so forth and had won his trust. I laughed when I read this and asked the soldier for his take as well.

We both agree, Hussein is a sociopath and you don’t get anything out of one of those in 7 months, 7 years… or 70 years for that matter. Don’t know if you agree but anyway - this movie.

In the movie there is an artist, a playwright named Dreyman and a jaded member of the secret police, East Berlin, 1984 who is planning to spy on him. This is from a conversation between the two men at a party, before the surveillance begins:

“That’s what we all love about your plays. Your belief that people can change. Dreyman, no matter how often you say it in your plays, people do not change!”

So here’s my question:

It’s an itchy scratchy day out there, make no mistake. Pissed-off-because-it-is-retrograde in the sign of it’s detriment (Cancer) Mars is agitating, the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Pluto and virtually everyone is more than just mildly irritated. Yes, even you passive aggressives.

Venus is also in the sign of its detriment (Scorpio) and square Neptune in Aquarius so while many of us are drunk on love there is a window and a way to detach and really damage your partner just see how it feels… yuck.

Last the Moon is a focal in a T-square with Saturn (depression) and Uranus (who cares) and to be perfectly candid I think they may as well rename today: “Sociopath Day, 2007″.

Dear Cancer,

You are not rid of this man because you haven’t learned anything yet. And I am sorry if that is harsh, but I am trying to save you a few thousand dollars. For starters, this man did not take your money. You gave him your money - and if you don’t get hip to this and quickly, you will probably give him some more!

It’s occurred to you that he is a sociopath and you are probably right about that. So what do you think you are going to do - teach this guy some manners? Get him to behave? Control him? Manipulate him? Take him to church? I think you’re in over your head. Have you ever heard of “cut your losses”? Because this is what I think you should do, but if not, no problem. I am sure he will be more than happy to beat you some more.

Think of it like this: You are in a cage with a jaguar and he is mean and he is mad. You can leave. The door to the cage is not locked but you are choosing to stay in there and try to fight, as if this cat is going to all the sudden sit down and have tea with you. And not only that, you think he might dress your wounds by giving you back your money. That is not going to happen! What’s going to happen is he’s going to cut you some more, so how about leaving with the wounds already incurred?

And I don’t mean to sound unsympathetic. I am very sympathetic. I just don’t think he’s going to give back anything he’s taken from you. The juice only flows in one direction.

If there is legal remedy then pursue it. But whatever the case, get out of that cage and run! You can not outfox this kind of fox. I’m sorry.
