I have and I will again if I have to. I, like everyone else is waiting for Saturn to go direct at which time I think thing will start to become more clear - and eventually crystallized.

I am in a phase right now where I am mulling everything. I don’t have a plan but I am seeing the need for one and I am sure many of you can relate.

Keep in mind the constant time warp that exists around here courtesy my Saturn Neptune-ness because I made that call to the school on Monday even though it says “yesterday”.

So it was Monday I was fairly jacked up and last night I outlined the reason why to the soldier. I told him what I told you. I explained the mechanics of that call and how I should have been able to avoid the pit(fall) but did not.

He thought I should forgive myself the error right away (I had) and on the concept of there being things average people prefer not to have in their psyches, well he could certainly relate to that. “That’s why I don’t talk to people, P. I never say a damned thing.”

You know, Avery that sounds about right. Thanks for articulating that, I would not have been able to. Or perhaps I just have no idea what I am although I am acutely aware of my experience and it does seem I am coming into view. There are just too many tables full of people with their eyes wide staring at me to be coincidence and I don’t know what to say to them except, “I’m from the desert”.

I need help! There’s a gal who is going to try to get me an astrology-based advice writing gig and she needs urls to five columns I think are good or that represent what I do. I have little perspective for this kind of this and wonder if any of you have either the skills to make recommendations or otherwise some advice you thought was particularly strong.

Thanks for whatever you can offer and notice how I am hitting you guys up all the sudden? I notice and I think it’s okay. I would like this blog to be (even) more interactive and this seems to be the effect.

I would chock this up to Saturn’s transit of my 8th house, I think. There is more structure and defining of the exchange of energy that takes place here. It feels right to me.  You?

This is what happens when the Moon hits my Capricorn and transiting Saturn, natal Pluto in the eighth house.

“If this is everything you know,” I said with my arms out, held in a circle. “Then this is your paradigm and everything you run into you, you’ll try to fit it into this space.”

“And it works pretty good,” I said. “It works for most things but then what happens when you meet anomaly? An anomaly… and authentic one is very rare. Most people don’t recognize one at all simply because they have never seen one in the first place.”

I am in an acute phase today living every person’s nightmare. Chart ruler Saturn in Virgo is transiting stationary in my 8th house conjunct natal Pluto. The Moon in Pisces is involved and every scrap of me is engaged and firing on all cylinders.

The soldier, earlier today:

“The system doesn’t work. It would not be cohesive if you were not making it that way, telling them what to do. These people would have no idea what to do.”

“I know. I know that. Do you know what this has taken? It has taken my whole life. It has taken like… 40 years of study to be able to do this. I think it’s funny. Oh, we better ask her. Her, the one we were trashing last week? The one we jacked up ten days ago? Turns out she’s the only one who can get us out of here so best get her on the phone…”

From email to a pal - edited slightly to remove my shorthand:

“…and Elsa P gets even smarter about these things. Someday someone will write an advice question, or come for a consult and won’t they be surprised that I know all about this stuff. I don’t just know a little, I am an expert almost beyond compare. I have said for many years, I am pretty sure my job is to map hell. I go to the depths so when someone shows up down there and they’re lost, I am able to tell them, “take a left here…a right over there and then jump the log…”

Someone has to do this job. I am very glad and proud to be so good at it. Pretty much whatever part of hell you find yourself in, I’m aware of it and I can help. In fact, I can often get you out in 5 seconds; this is how well I know my land.”

How well do you know your land?

“Well, we’re combining I guess you’d say.” I was talking to a friend about the soldier. “I can’t tell you how excruciating it is. It’s very painful but I don’t think we can stop.”

She was quiet.

“You have to face every little thing. Everything that’s there, whatever you come across that is not common has to be revealed and seen so it can become common. It has to be accepted and become integrated.”

She was quiet so I stopped to think how I might better explain what I was talking about.

“Well, take me and you and say we were going to do this. If you and I were going to merge, every single thing about you… every fear you have and every edge and every wrong thing there is about you or just the things you think are wrong with you would have to be completely known by me. Imagine that. And vice versa of course. So someone knows everything in you… all of it. There is no separation.”

“That’s something else.”

“Yeah, I don’t think very many people could do this. I also don’t think very many would want to. Who would want to do this?”

Dear Wife,

I wish I could make this easy for you but I don’t think it’s possible. The fact is, you are in a long term marriage with kids and while I don’t blame you for wanting to bolt, I don’t think you are going to be able to manage this and I’ll explain.

Right now you are confused. And leaving a marriage is very hard especially with children. So if you are going to do this, you have your mind completely set. Unless you are 100% committed, the odds are overwhelming you will initiate this process only to return to the marriage - initiate, return, etc. - which will not only trash you but your children as well. So I am afraid you are going to have to stay put and suffer through the mulling over of this, until something definitive emerges from the muck.

Now astrologically you have a stellium in Virgo in the 8th house which rules sex, psychology, joint property, etc. And Saturn (your chart ruler) will soon be transiting these planets, in essence waking you up to reality.

And you can see this is coming in because you report your husband is emotionally unavailable and it looks as though you have stumbled onto a key to this. And though it is clear you would rather not use that key and delve into these waters, I do not think you will be able to avoid it.

In fact, these type of issues - sex and all things deep and hidden from view - are going to be front and center in your life for the next two years. And will this be good for you?

It will. I believe you are heading straight into hell - how can you not be? However, when you come out the other side, you are going to be empowered and energized like you never thought possible.

As for immediate coping skills early in this process, I would forget about him. Let him worry about his problem (his wife is going to leave him?) while you get to the library or the bookstore and start reading about psych. I think you will be surprised how you take to the subject and I also think you are going to be fine once you commit to facing this head on. In other words, the major distress right now is in your erroneous thinking you can avoid dealing with this.
