DoubleCappy - Yeah, I guess that’s the point that I forgot to make. First, this idea and effective way to deal with a difficult reality. It is a good coping mechanism when things are hard. Er… they could always be worse, just use your imagination. But you’re right. You can also imagine yourself into a much better place and I do that as well.

For example, when I hear men are talking about me in the locker room at the gym, I imagine they are saying really nice things and it is all totally in my best interest….

Do you consciously make things up?

Shaina - I have learned that everything is preferable compared to what you can imagine. Hah!

I might have learned this from satori by the way, also a Saturn Neptune type (Pisces Sun, Moon in Capricorn).

We can imagine (Pisces) some pretty dire stuff (Capricorn) but anyway…

Speaking of my Saturn (limits) Neptune (denial) nature, yesterday I learned it only goes so far.

I was making or trying to make the synastry videos on Monday before I headed off to one of those meetings. I got the first two in the can but struggled with the third either because I fumbled something, I was waaaay to emphatic or I was otherwise interrupted.

For example my phone kept ringing and I was not in a position where I could turn it off and this chaos was reflected in the sky of course in the form or hard aspects to my Mars Mercury conjunct. Er… try to just talk, not pound people into the ground and never mind the jarring interference and the ticking clock. This was the scenario but I finally, finally got the third video done and then went off to my appointment.

From Saturday morning…

We wound up not having to work last night… have to do it today instead. We got home, the soldier had driven like crazy after being motivated by his boss.

“You want to lie down on the couch with me?” he asked.

“I do.” So there we were two grand trines in earth, completely relaxed.

“Do you remember lying on the couch when we were kids and holding each other like this?” he asked. “We used to do this all the time? Do you remember, P?” He reached up behind the couch to indicate the wall. “There used to be a window right here,” he said.

Tam - I agree but there is more than that going on. This “helping people” is actually…. well, I guess you could say it’s my day job.

This is like my bartending job when I was a kid. I was 15 when I started and I would do that job. I would work my shift and I was good at it. Mostly I told jokes the whole time (Jupiter rising) but it had very little (almost nothing) to do with the reality that was my life. It is sort of like keeping a plate spinning while you do the rest of your life.

This blog is a plate I spin for reasons I barely understand and what I do understand may be fraught with errors even though I try my best.

I chock this up to Saturn/Neptune. You can’t draw lines around this stuff because as soon as you do, they are gone.

For example am I here to help people or merely to bother them?

Don’t ask me, I have no idea.

This weekend, the soldier and I were sitting in his truck in the truck wash line prior to fighting and he made conversation by asking about this blog…

“My blog? Well they are fighting on my blog at the moment. Everyone is fighting. You, me, them. It’s in the air, people want to fight.”

“Why are they fighting?”

“An advice post I wrote. Some people think it was awful, other people think it’s not so awful so they’re fighting it out.”

Three years later we discussed this again.

“You said you weren’t afraid of me and I want to keep it that way,” he said. “I don’t want you to ever feel afraid of me.”

I considered what he said but had no idea how to respond. I knew he was serious but the idea I would be afraid of him was foreign. It just seemed remote and unreal to which can be explained by the Saturn (fear) interaction with Neptune (ethereal) with Neptune in my chart. Logically I could understand but how are you supposed to make yourself feel terror you don’t feel any terror?
