Saturn’s Transition From Virgo To Libra: What Have You Noticed?

Ask the collective

Saturn’s shift from Virgo to Libra has been very noticeable for me. I am still working a lot but it is much easier.

While I do feel deeply, my job involves thinking and communicating and this is far less challenging than it was even 2 weeks ago. I feel like I have a sense of mastery over my Mercurial functions and it’s a true relief. My time is better managed, my carpel tunnel is managed, I have a pretty good idea where the lines go and feel truly ready to advance.

Saturn in Libra: Rules of Decorum

Ask the collective

With Saturn in Libra and people turning to focus on relating to other people I thought it might be interesting for the collective if we compiled a list of things you see people do to others that are just downright rude, insensitive or just in general turn you off. I’ll go first.

I don’t like people who can’t manage to apologize when they hurt another person’s feelings. They either do nothing or go on and on about the person’s feelings should not have been hurt therefore they’ve no need to apologize.

Your turn.

Saturn in Libra: “Many Fish Bite If You Got Good Bait…”

Astrology in real life

We’re having a discussion in the Colosseum in regards to my idea that with Saturn in Libra people will put forth an effort to be attractive. “With Saturn in Virgo people learned to better communicate and now they will learn to attract…”

It is a period where the concept of being able to sit on the couch thinking love is going to come knock down your door and sweep you away will fall away. Women will realize the man on a white horse is a fantasy and if they insist on clinging to it, that is all they are going to have.

Trends In The Collective: Saturn And Pluto Changing Signs, The Natural Zodiac vs The Personal Experience

Commenting on the comments

saturnStephB writes on Saturn Leaves Libra… 7 years:

You mentioned reflecting on what’s happened in the 4th, 5th, and 6th houses (from the natural chart, right?). But would it be more important to reflect on the last three houses that Saturn has transited in our own chart? In other words, are we still climbing the (natural chart) mountain even if Saturn is actually descending on our natal chart?

StephB - no, it doesn’t translate. The quadrants are defined as shown in the diagram. In other words, houses 5, 6 and 7 so not represent a quadrant.

Saturn Leaving Virgo For Libra And Thinking In Terms Of 7 Years

Astrology in real life

When Saturn leaves Virgo for Libra it crosses the horizon of a natural chart ending it’s transit of the 2nd quadrant and crossing the horizon which is significant. That Pluto has also just crossed an angle intensifies the effect as I’ve mentioned.

Pluto, now in the 4th quadrant is very slow moving and won’t wrap up there until 2065 so there is not much use thinking about it on a personal level but Saturn is a different story. The 28-29 year Saturn cycle can be viewed as a whole but also in 7 year chunks, where each quadrant represents a stage in the process as pictured.

Saturn In Libra: Will Work To Be Attractive

Astrology in real life

This came up in the Colosseum today but I have been meaning to write about it. With Saturn in Libra people will begin to work (Saturn) to be attractive (Venus). In thinking about this I recalled the last time Saturn transited Libra people started jogging! Yeah there were so many joggers the streets were full of them prompting local songwriter Woody Janda of the band, “Chuck Wagon and the Wheels” to pen his song, “One Less Jogger On The Road”.

Saturn’s Last Gasp In Virgo, The Opposition To Uranus And The Polarization Of Society

Astrology in real life

It occurred to me that people may begin to speak freely when Saturn leaves Virgo.  I was momentarily relieved before I realized I would not be one of them considering Saturn will transiting my 9th towards conjunction with Mercury.  I am going to have to continue to watch my mouth for sure however I do feel like making some remarks about this opposition.

I was reading the comments on some news site, I really don’t remember which one but someone wrote that  he has ceased traveling to what he considered to be the liberal states.  This hit me hard because I believe the guy.  People are so disgusted with the other side (in both directions) they simply do not want to fraternize with them at all.

Saturn In Libra: Humility In Relationship - Got Some? Probably Not

Astrology in real life

Last night I was at karate with Vid when the soldier called to tell me he has a flat tire. He said he was at one city heading to another where he could get the tire fixed and he was in a hurry.

Not knowing I wasn’t home, he wanted me to find all possible stops (rest areas and the like) between the two cities because he was going to have to stop and inflate the leaking tire en route.
