A few people have asked me how I feel being married, Annalisa was one of them. I may be wrong but when someone asks me something like this, I think they really want to know the answer. Like maybe the answer will be interesting.

I think the answer probably would be interesting if only I had one. I told my sister I didn’t really know how I felt, adding that while my mind processed very quickly, my feelings were deep. I don’t really know what my feelings are until they surface and if I go searching I get ideas, not feelings.

I am glad I wrote the post about my cold or at least much cooler nature. I’ve since come to really understand the rhyme and reason for the path I am on.  I will use a gross example as to why it is necessary and wise to detach and steel myself at this time which frankly, is not my strong suit. I am a deeply emotional person but get this and get it loud and clear: I have lost my daughter.

The current grand cross in the sky aspects my Moon.  Moon, mother, child, emotion… it is all kicked up and although I consider the Pluto transit to my Moon complete, Pluto has retrograded back to 0 Capricorn and with Mars and Uranus, etc involved it does pull this back up.

I have been writing to the double Scorpio ex-green beret over the last few weeks, primarily about my daughter.  The story unfolded and then unfolded and then unfolded, folded, folded until it got to a point where there was nothing he could say but, “Wow”.  I thought that pretty much summed it up too and then today someone asked me how long she’d been gone.

13 years ago I moved into this house with my daughter very quickly bonded with the gal across the street. She was Scorpio with a with 3 kids and we just hit it off.

Our houses were in the middle of the block and right away we became the center of the universe for all kids on the block. They would congregate between the houses as this other mother and I chatted in the street, played games with kids and fed everyone Popsicles and cake and kool-aid and bananas and apples and ice cream.

Anyone else willing to cop to struggling with this?

A few of you sent me and my family a Christmas card and I just want to say thanks. I like Christmas cards. I like how they looked taped to the door.

Today’s cards (Cassi and Shelley) moved me to tears. The soldier is on his way home and we’ll get a tree tomorrow or the next day.

I have not been able to manage this for 4 or 5 years, I’ve been so far up to my neck in pain and loss. This is the first year I am in a position where I can think about celebrating this holiday and I just want to tell the people who took the time to send energy from their home to mine - thank you and I mean thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness could not possibly be more appreciated and that’s no joke.

And here’s a strange thing but I think it’s happy. Long term readers know I sprung a therapist on my son at the peak of my daughter’s illness. Under relentless strain trying to care for my daughter I knew my son was falling through the cracks so I contacted the school counselor and asked her to help.

She agreed, called him into her office and boy was he mad at me! He didn’t a counselor, see? He didn’t make the decision and long story short it was a big mistake and now two years have passed.

Okay, now that was not expected.

I just put Vid to bed and we are in the habit (the soldier and I) of telling him a story…. usually a wild one that is shocking and true. This is the first night Vid has been home and the soldier not and I figured he’d be sorely missed at bedtime because his stories are so good. Sometimes we tell him one in tandem, bickering back and forth with conflicting versions so you get the idea… he is a hard act to follow, actually it’s impossible.

I went into Vid’s bedroom not knowing exactly how I was going to handle this and he shocked me by asking me to tell him story about his sister from when he was little. “From before I can remember,” he said.

I did it but I don’t feel so good.

I just finished writing tomorrow’s forecast. The moon will conjunct Saturn and then head into a square with Pluto. It is very intense out there.

Wrapping up, I wrote an e-mail to a gal outlining some of my bad feelings, my resentments I’d say over things that have happened in the past. This transit will set off my Pluto Moon transit (negative emotion) and as soon as I sent that mail I remembered something my sister told me when I was pregnant with my daughter (my first baby).

Jessica asked on Pluto Moon regarding the commonality between my daughter and I:

“Do you and Mosta have a Moon-Pluto aspect? Or is this just your transit?”

No, she has a Leo Moon conjunct my Venus. It’s my awareness of this that I chock up to the transit. We meet someone, do the math and both come up with the same result in any and all circumstances right across the board.

That my son and I also have instances of this is also remarkable contrasted against the lack of this occurring with virtually anyone else in the world. In other words, it’s in blood.
