Do you look at people’s hands? I always notice a person’s hands and when I do, it is always with this question in my mind:

“Would I like this person to touch me?”

Hands are Mercury ruled. I have Mars conjunct Mercury in the 9th house and my hands are large (9th house) and very energetic (Mars). They are almost constantly banged up (Mars), if not actually bleeding and if I put them on you, you’ll know it.

I feel a lot of energy pass through my hands and I like them, tremendously. I like to work with them. I like to put them on people for sure. People I like or I love, that is. I don’t like to touch strangers at all! Yecch!

I want to continue along the lines of Surviving Your Relationship With (Or As) A Sensitive Type. This is a Saturn in Libra topic where responsibility and boundaries in relationship figure.

I had asthma when I was a kid, it was severe and untreated.  I chock this up to Mars (violent)  conjunct Mercury (lungs) in my chart, I don’t know why I didn’t die.  I outgrew this as a teen, having one last attack when I was about 18 years old (which was treated) so that is my history.

Once upon a time there was a regular around here, Loonsounds. She used to comment a lot and one day another astrology blogger came on this blog to address and insult her quite profoundly.  It was the first time this gal had ever commented on my blog so basically her first handshake was a viscous attack of one of the regulars.

I am living proof you can be mistaken as a whore when you don’t even know what a whore is. I would have defended myself vigorously against the charge if I had any idea what a dirty whore was but I didn’t.  Defense (Saturn) was impossible in such confusion (Neptune).

I wound up getting myself home, traveling alone at 11 years old, the whole time thinking I could not wait to get home so I could look up “whore” in the dictionary, or more specifically, “hore”.
